Abstract
【解決手段】条件式(1)または(2)を満たすことにより太陽電池モジュール10を実現することができる。直列接続された太陽電池モジュール10は、直列接続方向と直交する方向に太陽電池モジュール10の5%が完全に遮光された場合に発電量が最大発電量の40〜60%を、10%が完全に遮光された場合に発電量が最大発電量の10〜35%であるように設計されている。太陽電池モジュール10は組み込む太陽電池素子13の第2孔1cの密度を0.7〜3.0個/cm2で開けることにより実現することができる。

Claims (7)
- 太陽電池素子から構成される太陽電池モジュールにおいて、最適動作電圧をVop、最適動作電流をIop、逆方向電圧をVr、逆方向漏れ電流をIrとした場合、該太陽電池モジュールの逆方向の電圧−電流特性が、
0.7Iop≦Ir≦0.9Iop(Vr=10Vop印加時)、
0.4Iop≦Ir≦0.8Iop(Vr=5Vop印加時)
又は、
4.5Vop≦Vr≦15Vop(Ir=0.8Iop印加時)、
3.5Vop≦Vr≦5Vop(Ir=0.4Iop印加時)
のいずれかの関係を満たすことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、前記太陽電池素子は直列接続されたことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
- 太陽電池モジュールを構成する太陽電池素子であって、基板の一面上に第1電極層、光電変換層及び第3電極層が当該順に積層され、該基板の反対面上に第2電極層及び第4電極層が当該順に積層され、該基板を貫通する第1孔により第1電極層と第2電極層とが電気的に接続され、該基板を貫通する第2孔により第3電極層と第4電極層とが電気的に接続され、パターニングラインにより分割された複数のユニットセルが直列に接続された構造を有し、第2孔の密度が0.7〜3.0個であることを特徴とする太陽電池素子。
- 請求項3記載の太陽電池素子において、第2孔の直径が1.5mmであることを特徴とする太陽電池素子。
- 請求項3又は4記載の太陽電池素子において、前記基板は可撓性絶縁性基板であることを特徴とする太陽電池素子。
- 請求項3ないし5のいずれかに記載の太陽電池素子において、前記光電変換層は、非晶質シリコン半導体層、非晶質シリコンゲルマニウム半導体層及び微結晶シリコン半導体層を有することを特徴とする太陽電池素子。
- 請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、前記太陽電池素子は請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の太陽電池素子であることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。
