Description
本発明の目的は、可能な限り軽量な異形レールガイドであって、動作が激しい用途に適したものを提供することである。他の目的は、このようなガイドで使用される部品の重量を下げることで必要な駆動出力を減らすということである。
本発明の最初の提案によれば、上記目的は、搬送体がガイドレールに平行に延びる縦穴及びガイドレールに直角に延びる横穴の少なくとも一方を備えているという事実により達成される。搬送体の上記縦穴及び上記横穴の少なくとも一方は、ボア及びスロットの少なくとも一方として作ってもよい。移動往復台は、ガイドレール上に、移動往復台の搬送体によって、再循環回転部材を介して支持してもよい。
Claims (9)
- ガイドレールに沿って、前記ガイドレールの2つの長い側面に配置された軌道上をスライドするために搬送体によって前記ガイドレール上に支持された移動往復台を備えた異形レールガイドであって、前記搬送体が前記ガイドレールに平行に延びる縦穴及び前記ガイドレールに直角に延びる横穴の少なくとも一方を備えている、異形レールガイド。
- 前記搬送体の前記縦穴及び前記横穴の少なくとも一方は、ボア又はスロットの少なくとも一方として作られている、請求項1のレールガイド。
- 前記移動往復台は、前記ガイドレール上に前記搬送体によって再循環回転部材を介して支持されている、請求項1のレールガイド。
- ガイドレールに沿って、前記ガイドレールの2つの長い側面に配置された軌道上をスライドするために搬送体によって前記ガイドレール上に支持された移動往復台を備えた異形レールガイドであって、前記ガイドレールが、前記ガイドレールの底面から始まる下側縦溝と、前記ガイドレールの上面から始まる上側縦溝と、を備えている、異形レールガイド。
- 前記ガイドレールの前記縦溝は、三角形断面及び台形断面の一方を有する、請求項4のレールガイド。
- 前記台形断面を有する縦溝は、台形の長い方の平行辺に対応する幅寸法であって、前記ガイドレールの幅の3/4に等しい幅寸法を有する、請求項5のレールガイド。
- 前記台形断面を有する縦溝は、台形の高さが前記レールガイドの高さの1/3に等しい、請求項5のレールガイド。
- 軽量で堅い材料からなる充填体が、下側縦溝及び上側縦溝の少なくとも一方に挿入されている、請求項4のレールガイド。
- 前記充填体の材料は、炭素繊維強化プラスチックである、請求項8のレールガイド。
