Abstract
【解決手段】 錫粉;0.5〜15wt%、亜鉛粉;0.1〜30wt%、ニッケル粉;5〜25wt%、鉄粉;5〜25wt%、ステンレス鋼粉;0.1〜20wt%、銅粉;残部のマトリックス金属成分が55〜80wt%、潤滑材、摩擦調整材などのフィラー成分が20〜45wt%の焼結体から成り、(1)鉄粉とステンレス鋼粉の合計量が8〜28wt%、(2)鉄粉が水素ガスまたはアンモニアガス雰囲気中で600〜1200℃の温度で熱処理した粒径範囲が40〜150μmの電解鉄粉であり、更にマトリックス金属成分としてマンガン粉を0.1〜5wt%含み、トルクカーブにおけるビルドアップ率が40度以上であることを特徴とする銅系焼結摩擦材。

Description
(1)鉄粉とステンレス鋼粉の合計量が8〜28wt%、
(2)鉄粉が、水素ガスまたはアンモニアガス雰囲気中で600〜1200℃の温度で熱処理した粒径範囲が40〜150μmの電解鉄粉、
であることを構成上の特徴とする。
マトリックス金属となる銅、錫、亜鉛、ニッケル、マンガン、鉄およびステンレス鋼の各粉末に、潤滑材としてCaF2 、黒鉛、摩擦調整材としてジルコンサンド、アルミナの粉末を用い、その重量比を変えて混合した。なお、鉄粉には純度99.5%の電解鉄粉を用い、水素ガス中で900℃の温度で熱処理し、粒径範囲40〜150μmに調整したものを使用した。
実施例において、鉄粉として水素ガス中で熱処理することなく、また粒径範囲の異なる電解鉄粉を用いて、その混合比を変えて混合粉末を調製したほかは、実施例と同じ方法により銅系焼結摩擦材の試験材を作製して、その特性を測定した。
Claims (3)
- 錫粉;0.5〜15wt%、亜鉛粉;0.1〜30wt%、ニッケル粉;5〜25wt%、鉄粉;5〜25wt%、ステンレス鋼粉;0.1〜20wt%、銅粉;残部、のマトリックス金属成分が55〜80wt%、潤滑材、摩擦調整材などのフィラー成分が20〜45wt%、の焼結体から成り、
(1)鉄粉とステンレス鋼粉の合計量が8〜28wt%、
(2)鉄粉が、水素ガスまたはアンモニアガス雰囲気中で600〜1200℃の温度で熱処理した粒径範囲が40〜150μmの電解鉄粉、
であることを特徴とする銅系焼結摩擦材。 - マトリックス金属成分としてマンガン粉を0.1〜5wt%含む請求項1記載の銅系焼結摩擦材。
- トルクカーブにおけるビルドアップ率が40度以上である請求項1または2記載の銅系焼結摩擦材。
但し、ビルドアップ率とは、ダイナモ試験機で測定したトルクカーブ(横軸;時間、縦軸;トルク)の制動開始直後以降において、トルクが急激に再上昇する角度である。
