本発明による固定子積層鉄心の実施例が図面に示されている。
図2は、36の溝を有する固定子積層鉄心の第1実施例、
図3は、48の溝を有する固定子積層鉄心の第2実施例、
図4は、48の溝を有する固定子積層鉄心の第3実施例、
図5は、48の溝及び直径の拡大された中央薄鋼を有する固定子積層鉄心の第4実施例、
図6は、図5に示した実施例の変化実施例による固定子積層鉄心の第5実施例、
図7は、溝底部内に2つの溶接継ぎ目を備えた溝の断面図である。
Claims (8)
- 電気機械のための固定子積層鉄心(29)であって、積層された個別の帯状の薄鋼板(10)より成っている形式のものにおいて、
固定子積層鉄心(29)が、複数の歯(15)及び溝(16)を備えた内側(E)を有しており、少なくとも溝底部(22)内に、積層された薄鋼板(10)を固定するための少なくとも1つの溶接継ぎ目(24)が設けられていることを特徴とする、固定子積層鉄心。 - 複数の溶接継ぎ目(24)が互いに、τpのほぼ2倍の周期性に相当する間隔を保って配置されている、請求項1記載の固定子積層鉄心。
- 少なくとも2つの溶接継ぎ目(24)間の間隔が6つの歯(15)、及び付加的に最大で2つの歯(15)の公差に相当する、請求項1又は2記載の固定子積層鉄心。
- 少なくとも1つの帯状の薄鋼板(10)の少なくとも両端部において互いに当接する継ぎ目箇所(32)が設けられており、該継ぎ目箇所(32)の両側のそれぞれ隣の溝(16)内においてそれぞれ1つの溶接継ぎ目(24)が複数の薄鋼板(10)を互いに結合している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の固定子積層鉄心。
- 少なくとも1つの帯状の薄鋼板(10)の少なくとも両端部において互いに当接し合う継ぎ目箇所(32)が設けられており、該継ぎ目箇所(32)の両側においてそれぞれ少なくとも1つの溶接継ぎ目(24)が帯状の薄鋼板(10)の外側(R)で複数の薄鋼板(10)を互いに結合している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の固定子積層鉄心。
- 溶接箇所(32)において少なくとも1つの溶接継ぎ目(24)が帯状の薄鋼板(10)の外側(R)に設けられている、請求項4又は5記載の固定子積層鉄心。
- 継ぎ目箇所(32)において少なくとも1つの溶接継ぎ目(24)が帯状の薄鋼板(10)の内側(E)に設けられている、請求項4又は5記載の固定子積層鉄心。
- 外周部に少なくとも2つの溶接継ぎ目(24)が設けられており、これらの溶接継ぎ目(24)が、ほぼτpの2倍の周期性に相当する間隔を互いに保って配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の固定子積層鉄心。
