Claims (3)
- 滑り軸受の軸受メタルであって、分割面の範囲に設けられて軸受メタル背面から突出しかつ軸受メタルの厚さの一部にわたってのみ延びる変形区域を形成する少なくとも1つの保持カムを有するものにおいて、変形区間が舌片(5)から成り、分割面(2)から始まる切込み(6)により、舌片(5)が軸受メタル(1)から部分的に切出されて外側へ曲げられていることを特徴とする、滑り軸受の軸受メタル。
- 分割面の範囲に設けられて軸受メタル背面から突出しかつ軸受メタルの厚さの一部にわたってのみ延びる変形区域を形成する少なくとも1つの保持カムを有する滑り軸受の軸受メタルを製造する方法において、楔状分裂工具により分割面から始まる切込みによって、保持カムを形成する舌片が漸進的に切出され、軸受メタルから外側へ曲げられることを特徴とする、方法。
- 舌片の漸進的な切出し及び外側曲げ中に軸受メタル背面から突出する舌片の側方端面の範囲が、分裂工具と共同作用する対向刃により切落とされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
