  1. BET―表面積 200〜300m/g
    CTAB―表面積 ≧170m/g
    DBP−数 200〜300g/(100g)
    セアーズ−数V2 23〜35ml/(5g)
    を有する沈降珪酸を製造するにあたり、
    a)pH≧9を有する有機及び/又は無機塩及びアルカリ−又はアルカリ土類金属珪酸塩及び/又は有機及び/又は無機塩基の水溶液を前もって装入し、
    b)この前装入物に、攪拌下に55〜95℃で10〜120分間、水ガラス及び酸化剤を同時に供給し、
    e)硫酸を用いて、pH−値約3.5に酸性化させ、かつ
    f)濾過しかつ乾燥させることを特徴とする、沈降珪酸の製法。
