Abstract
Description
(好適実施例)
本発明をさらに理解できるよう、2つの例を以下に示す。この例ではそれぞれ、ステンレスマルエージ鋼及びオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼が用いられる。ただし厳密にはこれらの例に限定されるものではなく、適当な特性を有するいかなる種類の鋼も利用することができる。
Claims (9)
- プラズマ窒化処理によって表面硬化されたマルエージ又は析出硬化型ステンレス鋼で製作され、電気シェーバーに用いられる切断素子であって、当該切断素子はプラズマ窒化処理によって刃の全面を硬化され、プラズマ窒化処理によって硬化された層は、鋼表面の窒素過飽和の上部層と、該上部層に隣接する拡散層とを有し、前記上部層の硬度からプラズマ窒化処理によって硬化される前の前記鋼の硬度までの硬度幅を有することを特徴とする切断素子。
- 硬化された前記窒素過飽和の上部層の厚さは5μmから25μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切断素子。
- 前記拡散層の厚さは5μmから20μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の切断素子。
- 硬化された前記窒素過飽和の上部層の硬度は少なくとも1300HVであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の切断素子。
- 当該切断素子はドライシェーバー式シェーバー用に設計されたものであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかに記載の切断素子。
- 当該切断素子は取付シェーバー式シェーバー用に設計されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の切断素子。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の切断素子を少なくとも1つ有する電気シェーバー。
- 切断素子を製作する方法であって、前記切断素子はオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼で構成され、前記切断素子の表面はプラズマ窒化処理によって全面を硬化され、上部層の硬度は少なくとも1100HVであることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記切断素子は、ステンレスマルエージ鋼又は析出硬化型ステンレス鋼で構成されてから、前記プラズマ窒化処理の前に又は前記プラズマ窒化処理と同時に析出硬化されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
