Description
Claims (4)
- 変形により、厚さが3mm未満の3次元完成鋼製品を製作する方法であって、
主として、オーステナイト、マルテンサイトまたはこれらの混合物からなる微細構造を有するステンレス鋼のシートを、厚さが3mm未満の3次元定形品に構成するステップと、
前記定形品が厚み全体にわたって、0.3wt%の下限と、窒化物の分離が始まることで定められる上限との間の窒素量で飽和するように、少なくとも8分の間、少なくとも0.01MPaの窒素圧力で、前記定形品を、1000℃から1200℃の間の温度の窒素含有雰囲気で処理するステップと、
少なくとも5℃/秒の速度、および少なくとも、前記窒素含有雰囲気で処理するステップにおいて使用される前記窒素圧力で、前記定形品を冷却するステップと、
その後、前記窒素飽和した定形品を、前記完成鋼製品にまで機械加工するステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記機械加工するステップの前に、前記冷却された定形品を焼き戻し処理するステップを有し、
前記焼き戻し処理は、内部応力の少なくとも一部が放出されるのに十分な時間である1時間、650℃から100℃の温度で、少なくとも、前記定形品が前記窒素含有雰囲気で処理されたときの前記圧力の窒素圧力に、前記定形品を暴露することにより実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 主として、オーステナイト、マルテンサイトまたはこれらの混合物からなる、厚さが3mm未満の微細構造を有するステンレス鋼の3次元製品であって、
0.3wt%の下限と、窒化物の分離が始まることで定められる上限との間の窒素量で、厚さ全体にわたって飽和されていることを特徴とする製品。 - 当該製品は、回転カッターおよび剃り用プレートを有する回転式シェーバ組立体であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製品。
