Abstract
(i)少なくとも1種のVIB族金属、少なくとも1種のVIII族金属およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される水素化成分、
(ii)非晶質酸化物、低結晶性酸化物およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化物、
(iii)か焼された無水状態においてX2O3:nYO2:mZO2(Xは、3価元素を示し、YはGe以外の少なくとも1種の4価元素を示し、ZはGeを示し、n+mの値は少なくとも5であって5〜∞の範囲であってもよく、n/mは少なくとも1である)のモル組成を有すると共に、か焼された無水状態において少なくともd=13.64Å、7.87Å、4.82Å、4.55Å、4.11Åおよび3.41Åでの回折線を含むX線回折図形を示す少なくとも1種の微孔性の結晶質固体物質。
本発明は該水素化分解触媒の製造方法および炭化水素の水素化分解における該触媒の使用にも関する。
Description
(i)少なくとも1種のVIB族金属、少なくとも1種のVIII族金属およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される水素化成分、
(ii)非晶質酸化物、低結晶性酸化物およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化物、
(iii)か焼された無水状態においてX2O3:nYO2:mZO2(Xは、3価元素を示し、YはGe以外の少なくとも1種の4価元素を示し、ZはGeを示し、n+mの値は少なくとも5であって5〜∞の範囲であってもよく、n/mは少なくとも1である)のモル組成を有すると共に、か焼された無水状態において少なくともd=13.64Å、7.87Å、4.82Å、4.55Å、4.11Åおよび3.41Åでの回折線を含むX線回折図形を示す少なくとも1種の微孔性の結晶質固体物質。
X2O3:nYO2:mZO2
上記のモル組成中において、好ましくは、3価元素XはAl、B、Fe、In、Ga、Crまたはこれらの混合物であるが、Alが特に好ましい。Yは、好ましくは4価元素、例えば、Si、Ti、Snまたはこれらの混合物であるが、Siが特に好ましい。
(i)少なくとも1種のVIB族金属、少なくとも1種のVIII族金属およびこれらの混合物0.1〜60%(好ましくは0.1〜50%、より好ましくは0.1〜40%)
(ii)酸性結晶質固体状物質0.1〜99%(好ましくは0.1〜80%、より好ましくは0.1〜60%)、および
(iii)少なくとも1種のマトリックス0.1〜99%(好ましくは0.1〜98%)。
(1)微孔性の結晶質固体を調製する。
(2a)微孔性の結晶質固体とマトリックスとの混合物に水素化成分を配合する。
(2b)水素化成分を、酸性結晶質固体と混合する前のマトリックスに直接的に配合する。

また、上記の工程(2b)によれば、水素化成分は、酸性結晶質固体と混合する前のマトリックスに直接的に配合される。
水素化成分を酸性結晶質固体とマトリックスとの混合物に配合する場合には、該成分は1もしくは複数のイオン交換工程において配合することができる。
温度:300℃〜500℃
圧力:5〜20MPa
H2/炭化水素比:200〜1500Nm3/m3
LHSV:0.05〜5h−1
実施例1
この実施例においては、網状構造中にアルミニウムを含有する結晶質固体状物質(以下、Al−SCという)を本発明に従って合成するための代表的な方法について例示的に説明する。
アルミニウムイソプロポキシド(0.86g)とGeO2(0.53g)を、濃度が1.53mol/kgのN(16)−メチルスパルテイニウムヒドロキシド溶液(34.42g)に溶解させた。得られた溶液中において、テトラエチルオルトシリケート(4.74g)を加水分解させ、該加水分解中に生成した全てのアルコールが蒸発されるまで系を撹拌下で保持した。次いで、フッ化水素酸溶液(HF:48.1重量%)0.52gを添加した。合成ゲルの最終的組成は次の通りである:
0.95SiO2:0.05GeO2:0.02Al2O3:0.50ROH:0.50HF:2H2O
上記の組成中、ROHはN(16)−メチルスパルテイニウムヒドロキシドを示す。

6.0% GeO2
第1調製工程においては、実施例1に記載された方法によって得られたAl−SCをγ−アルミナマトリックス(比表面積:122m2/g、細孔体積:0.21cm3/g)と1:1の重量比で混合した。混合物を均質化させた後、γ−アルミナとAl−SCを適当な割合で含有するペーストが形成されるまで蒸留水を添加した。得られたペーストを少なくとも5分間の撹拌処理に付した。得られた混合物をオーブン内において100℃で12時間の乾燥処理に付した。
上記の条件下で調製された触媒の化学的組成(重量%)は次の通りである:
11.8% MoO3
3.0% NiO
42.6% γ−アルミナ
42.6% Al−SC
この実施例においては、水素化成分がγ−アルミナマトリックス中にのみ配合された本発明によるAl−SC含有水素化分解用触媒について例示的に説明する。
最初に、γ−アルミナマトリックスを、実施例2に記載の方法と同じ方法に従って、細孔体積法によるアンモニウムヘプタモリブデート水溶液を用いる含浸処理に付し、得られた固体をオーブン内において100℃で乾燥させた後、るつぼ炉内において500℃でのか焼処理に付した。γ−アルミナと酸化モリブデンから成る固体を、細孔体積法による硝酸ニッケル水溶液を用いる含浸処理に付した後、オーブン内において100℃で乾燥させ、次いで実施例2に記載の条件下において500℃でのか焼処理に付した。

この実施例においては、本発明に従って実施例1に記載の方法により調製した触媒を、以下の表3に示す主要な特性を有する真空ガス油の水素化分解に使用したときの該触媒の活性と選択率について例示的に説明する。
全圧力:5.3MPa
H2/ガス油比:1291Nm3/m3
空間速度(WHSV):2.8h−1
転化率は、反応温度を385℃〜415℃の範囲で変化させることによって調整した。
転化率は、反応器からの流出物中に存在する沸点が380℃以下の生成物の重量%として計算した。
選択性を計算するために、次の沸点の範囲を考慮した。
ガス:<65℃
ナフサ:65℃〜150℃
ケロシン:150℃〜250℃
ガス油:250℃〜380℃
選択率(%)
=[(フラクションiのwt%)/(沸点が380℃以下の生成物のwt%)]×100
中質留出物に対する選択率は、ケロシンとガス油(沸点:150℃〜380℃)の選択率の合計として計算した。
種々の反応温度において得られた生成物中の種々のフラクションに対する転化率と選択率を以下の表4に示す。
この実施例においては、本発明に従って実施例2に記載の方法によって調製した触媒を、前記の表3に示す主要な特性を有する真空ガス油の水素化分解に使用したときの該触媒の活性と選択率について例示的に説明する。

転化率は、反応温度を385℃〜415℃の範囲で変化させることによって調整した。
上記の水素化分解試験の結果を以下の表5に示す。
Claims (23)
- 下記の成分(i)〜(iii)を含有する水素化分解用触媒:
(i)少なくとも1種のVIB族金属、少なくとも1種のVIII族金属およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される水素化成分、
(ii)非晶質酸化物、低結晶性酸化物およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の酸化物、
(iii)か焼された無水状態においてX2O3:nYO2:mZO2(Xは、3価元素を示し、YはGe以外の少なくとも1種の4価元素を示し、ZはGeを示し、n+mの値は少なくとも5であって5〜∞の範囲であってもよく、n/mは少なくとも1である)のモル組成を有すると共に、か焼された無水状態において少なくともd=13.64Å、7.87Å、4.82Å、4.55Å、4.11Åおよび3.41Åでの回折線を含むX線回折図形を示す少なくとも1種の微孔性の結晶質固体物質。 - 微孔性の結晶質固体物質の3価元素XがAlである請求項1記載の触媒。
- VIB族金属がモリブデンおよびタングステンから選択され、VIII族金属が鉄、コバルトおよびニッケルから選択される請求項1記載の触媒。
- 水素化成分がニッケル−モリブデン、コバルト−モリブデン、ニッケル−タングステンおよびニッケル−コバルト−モリブデンの組合せから選択される請求項1記載の触媒。
- 少なくとも1種の酸性度促進性元素を含有する請求項1から3いずれかに記載の触媒。
- 酸性度促進性元素がリンおよびホウ素から選択される請求項5記載の触媒。
- 少なくとも1種のVIIA族元素を含有する請求項1から6いずれかに記載の触媒。
- VIIA族元素がフッ素である請求項7記載の触媒。
- 触媒の全重量に基づいて下記の割合の成分(i)〜(iii)から成る組成を有する請求項1から8いずれかに記載の触媒:
(i)少なくとも1種のVIB族金属、少なくとも1種のVIII族金属およびこれらの混合物から選択される水素化成分0.1〜60%、
(ii)微孔性の酸性結晶質固体物質0.1〜99%および
(iii)少なくとも1種のマトリックス0.1〜99%。 - リンとホウ素から選択される少なくとも1種の酸性促進性元素0〜20%および少なくとも1種のVIIA族元素0〜20%含有する請求項9記載の触媒。
- VIIA族元素がフッ素である請求項10記載の触媒。
- マトリックスが下記の群から選択される1種もしくは複数種の成分である請求項1記載の触媒:アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、シリカ、クレー、酸化マグネシウム、酸化チタン、酸化ホウ素、酸化ジルコニウム、リン酸アルミニウム、リン酸ジルコニウム、カーボンおよびアルミネート。
- マトリックスがγ−アルミナである請求項1または12記載の触媒。
- 少なくとも下記の第1工程(1)および下記の工程(2a)と(2b)から選択される第2工程を含む請求項1から13いずれかに記載の触媒の製造方法:
(1)微孔性の結晶質固体を調製する。
(2a)微孔性の結晶質固体とマトリックスとの混合物に水素化成分を配合する。
(2b)水素化成分を、酸性結晶質固体と混合する前のマトリックスに直接的に配合する。 - 水素化成分を含浸工程とイオン交換工程から選択される工程によって配合する請求項14記載の方法。
- 酸性促進性元素および少なくとも1種のVIIA族元素を触媒に配合する付加的な工程を含む請求項14記載の方法。
- 酸性促進性元素およびVIIA族元素をマトリックスに配合する請求項14記載の方法。
- 触媒を150℃〜800℃でのか焼工程に付す請求項14記載の方法。
- 150℃〜800℃での硫化工程をさらに含む請求項14記載の方法。
- 炭化水素から成る供給原料の水素化分解における請求項1から13いずれかに記載の触媒の使用。
- 水素化分解を次の条件下でおこなう請求項20記載の使用;
温度:200℃よりも高温、
圧力:0.1MPaよりも高圧、
水素の使用量:供給原料1リットルあたり少なくとも50リットル、
空間速度:触媒の体積あたり0.1〜20体積/時の供給原料。 - 水素化分解を0.1〜12MPaの圧力と300℃〜480℃の温度でおこなう請求項21記載の使用。
- 供給原料を前水素化処理に付す請求項20記載の使用。
