Description
Claims (16)
- 汚水を清浄化するためのろ過モジュールであって、複数のろ過メンブレンバッグが設けられており、該ろ過メンブレンバッグがその都度少なくとも1つの開口(21)を、ろ過メンブレンバッグの内室を排水するために有しており、ろ過メンブレンバッグが垂直、平行かつ有利には互いに等間隔で、剛性的なホルダに配置されており、それにより、隣接するフィルタメンブレンバッグの間に位置する中間室が集中的に液体により通流可能であるようになっている形式のものにおいて、フィルタメンブレンバッグが実質的に平らにかつフレキシブルに形成されており、互いに対向して位置する面(12)で固くホルダに結合されており、該ホルダが少なくとも1つの吸出管路(20)を、フィルタメンブレンバッグの開口(21)を介して吸い出される液体を導出するために有しており、かつフィルタメンブレンバッグが単数のフレキシブルで液体透過性のコア(16)および/または複数のフレキシブルで液体透過性のコアエレメント(17,18,19)を有していることを特徴とする、プレート状のろ過モジュール。
- フィルタメンブレンバッグが2つの、環状を成すように互いに結合されたメンブレンシート(13,14)から成っており、該メンブレンシート(13,14)が有利には接着、溶接により、または別の材料、さらに有利には注型されるホルダを形成する材料による注型により、互いに結合されている、請求項1記載のろ過モジュール。
- メンブレンシート(13,14)が熱硬化性プラスチックおよび/または弾性プラスチックから、有利には熱硬化性のフェノール樹脂、ポリエチレン、ポリアクリルニトリド、ポリエーテルスルフォンおよび/またはポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)から成る、請求項1または2記載のろ過モジュール。
- ホルダが直方体のフレーム(10)であり、該フレーム(10)がフィルタメンブレンバッグを側方で包囲する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- ホルダ(10)がプラスチックから、有利には注型される熱硬化性の人造樹脂ボディから、特に充填剤を含んだまたは含んでいないポリエステルまたはポリウレタンから成る、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- 全てのフィルタメンブレンバッグのために1つの共通の排水集合器が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- フレキシブルで液体透過性のコアが、有利にはポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリエーテル、ガラス繊維布またはPVCから成る、スポンジ状の支持フリース(16)であるか、または有利にはポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ガラス繊維布、PVCまたはフェノール樹脂布から成る支持布である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- 個々のコアエレメント(17,18,19)がフレキシブルなリブであり、該リブが有利にはメンブレンシート内面に固定されているか、またはメンブレン内面に配置されていて、かつメンブレン部分自体から成る、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- リブ(17,18,19)が実質的に互いに平行に配置されており、かつ/または互いに対向して位置するフィルタメンブレン内面がその都度平行なリブ(17もしくは18)を有しており、該リブ(17,18)が、対向して位置する面のリブに対してクロスするように配置されている、請求項8記載のろ過モジュール。
- コアエレメント(17,18,19)が互いにかつ/またはメンブレンシート(13,14)に固着結合されている、請求項8または9記載のろ過モジュール。
- スポンジ状の支持フリース(16)、または付加的なコアエレメント(17,18,19)を備えた支持フリース(16)がメンブレンシート(13,14)に固着結合されている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- フィルタメンブレンバッグがプラスチックインサートストリップを、増大する流動に対して接着シームもしくは溶接シームを強化するために有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- ホルダ(10)が、下位に配置された上昇流通路に接続されており、該上昇流通路内に、ポンプおよび/または送風機のような、流動を発生させる装置および/または少なくとも1つの、流動を案内する案内ボディが配置されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- 複数の、その都度フィルタメンブレンバッグを装備したホルダ(10)が重なり合って配置されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- フィルタメンブレンバッグが、その下側の縁部に固定されたクリーニング繊維を有しており、該クリーニング繊維がバッグ内室内で延在している、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載のろ過モジュール。
- クリーニング繊維がプラスチックから成っており、有利には清浄化したい汚水の比重よりも小さな比重を有しており、かつ/またはクリーニング繊維が弾性的であって、かつ/または0.5mmと、フィルタメンブレンバッグのギャップ幅の10〜95%に相当する幅との間の繊維径を有している、請求項15記載のろ過モジュール。
