Claims (17)
- 軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシングであって、軸付加部(5)が設けられており、該軸付加部(5)が、中空成形体(2)の端部領域(6)の切欠(7)に挿入可能であって、かつ前記端部領域(6)によってプレス可能であり、軸付加部(5)が細溝成形部(8)を備えている形式のものにおいて、細溝成形部(8)が変形加工方法で製作されていることを特徴とする、軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 変形加工方法が鍛造工程を含む、請求項1記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 変形加工方法が鍛造工程と、細溝成形部の縁部層内に圧縮元応力をもたらすための工程とを含む、請求項1記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシングであって、軸付加部(5)が設けられており、該軸付加部(5)が、中空成形体(2)の端部領域(6)の切欠(7)に挿入可能であって、かつ前記端部領域(6)によってプレス可能であり、軸付加部が細溝成形部(8)を備えている形式のものにおいて、細溝成形部が1次成形加工方法で製作されていることを特徴とする、軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 1次成形加工方法が、鋳造工程もしくは注型成形工程を含む、請求項4記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 1次成形工程後の細溝成形部が、その縁部層に圧縮元応力を有している、請求項4記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 細溝成形部(8)が、軸付加部(5)の軸長手方向に並べて配置されていて、軸付加部(5)の周部にわたって円セグメント状に分配された複数の凹部(9)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 円セグメントが、80°〜140°の範囲内の角度広がりを有している、請求項7記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 軸付加部(5)の軸長手方向に、3個〜8個の凹部(9)が並べて配置されている、請求項7または8記載の軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング。
- 細溝成形部を備えた、軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング(1)を製作するための方法において、この場合、細溝成形部(8)が、ケーシング(1)の軸付加部(5)に配置されており、該軸付加部(5)が、中空成形体(2)の端部領域(6)の切欠(7)に挿入可能であって、かつ前記端部領域(6)によってプレス可能である形式のものにおいて、細溝成形部(8)を変形加工工程で形成することを特徴とする、軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシングを製作するための方法。
- 変形加工工程が鍛造プロセスを含む、請求項10記載の細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
- 変形加工工程が鍛造プロセスと、細溝成形部の縁部層内に圧縮元応力をもたらすための工程とを含む、請求項10記載の細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
- 軸受構成部材を収容するためのケーシング(1)における細溝成形部(8)を製作するための方法において、この場合、細溝成形部(8)が、ケーシング(1)の軸付加部(5)に配置されており、該軸付加部(5)が、中空成形体(2)の端部領域(6)の切欠(7)に挿入可能であって、かつ前記端部領域によってプレス可能である形式のものにおいて、細溝成形部(8)を1次成形工程で形成することを特徴とする、細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
- 1次成形工程が、鋳造プロセスもしくは注型成形プロセスを含む、請求項13記載の細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
- 鋳造プロセスもしくは注型成形プロセスの後、細溝成形部の縁部層内に圧縮元応力をもたらすための工程が設けられている、請求項14記載の細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
- 細溝成形部の縁部層内に圧縮元応力をもたらすための工程が、ショットピーニングプロセスを含む、請求項15記載の細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
- 細溝成形部の縁部層内に圧縮元応力をもたらすための工程が、冷間キャリブレーションプロセスを含む、請求項15記載の細溝成形部を製作するための方法。
