Claims (18)
- 包装積層材であって、貫通した孔、開口部又はスリットを有する紙又は厚紙製のコアー層(11)、コアー層の1つの外側の面上に設けられた熱可塑性物質層(12)、コアー層のもう一つの内側の面上に設けられ、積層材全面に広がり、熱可塑性物質の中間層(14)によりコアー層に結合されたアルミホイル(13)、及びアルミホイルのもう一つの内側の面上に設けられた熱可塑性材料からなる1つ以上の層を含み、かつ熱可塑性物質の2層(12、14)が共に積層材全面に広がり、かつ孔の領域で相互にシールされてアルミホイル(13)と熱可塑性物質(12、14)からなる膜を形成する包装積層材(10)であって、前記熱可塑性材料からなる1つ以上の層が、アルミホイルに隣接して設けられた少なくとも1つの接着成形層(15−1)、フリーの脂肪酸の移行に対するバリア特性を与える物質を含む中間成形層(15−2)、及びメタロセン触媒の存在下で重合された所謂メタロセンポリエチレン(m−PE)、即ちエチレン−α−オレフィンコポリマーを主に含む最も内側の成形層(15−3)を含むことを特徴とする包装積層材(10)。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、バリア提供物質としてシクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装積層材。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、COCとポリエチレンの混合物を含み、COCが混合物の連続相を構成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、ポリエチレンマトリックスと微細に分散された充填剤の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、COCを含むポリマーマトリックスと微細に分散された充填剤の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 最も内側の成形層(15−3)が、m−PEと約20〜50重量%未満のLDPEの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 最も内側の成形層(15−3)が、m−PEと約30〜40重量%のLDPEの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 接着成形層(15−1)が、無水マレイン酸グラフト変性リニア低密度ポリエチレン(MAH−g−LLDPE)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 外側の層(12)及び中間結合層(14)に用いられた熱可塑性物質が同一又は異なる品質のLDPEであることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の包装積層材。
- 包装積層材の製造方法であって、孔、開口部又はスリット(35)をもつコアー層のウエブ(21)を供給するステップ、コアー層の1つの外側の面を熱可塑性物質層(12)でコーテイング(24)して、それにより孔を被覆するステップ、及び熱可塑性物質の中間層(24)を設けることによってコアー層のもう一つの内側の面をアルミホイル(23)に積層(25)するステップ、そのようにして熱可塑性物質の2層が孔の領域で相互にシールされて、それにより孔の領域(35)でアルミホイルと熱可塑性物質からなる膜(31)を形成するものであって、かつアルミホイルのもう一つの内側の面に1つ以上の熱可塑性物質の内側の層を押出コーテイング(27、28)するステップを含む請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載した包装積層材(10)の製造方法であって、前記熱可塑性物質の内側の層が、アルミホイルに隣接する少なくとも1つの接着成形層(15−1)、フリーの脂肪酸の移行に対するバリア特性を与える物質を含む中間成形層(15−2)及び主にm−PEを含む最も内側の成形層(15−3)を設けることにより、成形層として押出コーテイング(27)されることを特徴とする製造方法。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、バリア提供物質としてシクロオレフィンコポリマー(COC)を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、COCとポリエチレンの混合物を含み、COCが混合物の連続相を構成することを特徴とする請求項10〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 中間成形層(15−2)が、ポリエチレンマトリックスと微細に分散された充填剤の混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成形層(15−1、2、3)が、1工程で、全層の同時押出コーテイング(27、28)によりアルミホイル(23)のもう一つの内側の面上に設けられることを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アルミホイル(23)が、火炎処理により表面活性化処理(29)された後に、内側の成形層(15−1、2、3)でコーテイングされることを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層材(10)から製造された包装容器(40)。
- 膜及び孔(35)の領域上及びその付近に設けられた開口手段(30;32、34)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の包装容器(40)。
- 開口手段(30)が、スクリュ−アップ及びプル−アップの動きの組み合わせにより孔(35)の領域から膜(31)を除去することにより包装体を開口するねじ蓋(32)を含むことを特徴とする請求項16〜17のいずれか一項に記載の包装容器(40)。
