Claims (6)
- 集光光起電力生成装置であって、透明保護層(102)によって覆われる少なくとも1つの光起電力セル(101)および反射集光器(106)を備え、集光器(106)が、集光器(106)によって光電セル(101)に向けて反射される光フラックス(208)において、光起電力セル(101)を励起することができない「望ましくない」放射(218)のほとんどを排除するために、フィルタ(206、306)によって覆われることを特徴とする生成装置。
- フィルタが、放射の「望ましくない」部分を吸収する材料から作成される層(306)で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生成装置。
- フィルタを形成する層(306)が、一定の厚さであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生成装置。
- フィルタ(206)が、この「望ましくない」放射(218)を光起電力セル(101)の外部に逸脱させるように、外面(116)が配向される層で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の生成装置。
- 透明層(206)が、その外面(116)が集光器(106)の反射表面に平行ではないように、厚さが減少することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生成装置。
- フィルタ(206)を形成する透明層の外面が、フレネルステップを形成するようにエッチングされることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の生成装置。
