Description
Claims (16)
- ソーラー放射を電気エネルギへ変換する材料を有する少なくとも1つのソーラーセル(16)と、
ガラス平板(12)と、
前記ガラス平板に直接形成され、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルからの距離によって隔離され、可視光を有し、不可視光を除く第1の光成分を選択的に偏向され、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセル上に前記第1の光成分を集約し、焦点を合せる一層のホログラフィックレンズ(14)と、を有する単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルは、シリコンを有する、請求項1の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、1.1cm以下である距離によって前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから隔離される、請求項1の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、0.5cm以下である距離によって前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから隔離される、請求項3の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、500nmから600nmの領域の可視光から構成される前記第1の光成分を選択的に偏向し、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセル上に前記光の第1の成分を集約し、焦点を合せる、請求項1の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、510nmから580nmの領域の可視光から構成される前記第1の光成分を選択的に回折し、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセル上に前記光の第1の成分を集約し、焦点を合せる、請求項5の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから離れたところへ赤外光を有する第2の光成分を選択的に偏向し、さらに、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから離れたところへ紫外光を有する第3の光成分を選択的に偏向する、請求項1の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから離れたところにある第1の点に前記第2の光成分を選択的に集約し、焦点を合わせ、さらに、前記第1の点から異なり、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから離れたところである第2の点に前記第3の光成分を選択的に集約し、焦点を合せる、請求項7の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記第1の点は前記ホログラフィックレンズ及び前記ソーラーセルの間の点であり、前記第2の点は、前記ソーラーセルを越えたところにある、請求項8の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記第2及び第3の光成分の少なくとも1つを反射するように位置付けられるミラーリング要素をさらに有する、請求項7の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 熱を電気エネルギへ変換する少なくとも1つの材料を有する少なくとも1つのサーモ光起電セルをさらに有し、
前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、さらに、前記少なくとも1つのサーモ光起電セルに前記光の第2の成分を集約し、焦点を合せる、請求項7の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。 - 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセルから離れたところへ赤外光を有する第2の光成分を選択的に偏向し、さらに、紫外光を有する第3の光成分を可視光へ選択的に変換し、前記少なくとも1つのソーラーセル上に前記光の第1の成分及び前記変換された第3の成分を集約し、焦点を合せる、請求項1の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 熱を電気エネルギへ変換する少なくとも1つの材料を有する少なくとも1つのサーモ光起電セルをさらに有し、
前記一層のホログラフィックレンズは、さらに、前記光の第2の成分を前記少なくとも1つのサーモ光起電セルに集約し、焦点を合せる、請求項12の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。 - 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズ及びソーラーセルは、前記ガラス平板の同じ側面に配置される、請求項1の単一レンズのソーラーモジュール。
- 前記ソーラーモジュールは、任意の冷却システムを完全に欠いている、請求項1のソーラーモジュール。
- 前記一層のホログラフィックレンズを形成するパターンのガラス平板の直接上にポリマー材料を回転プリントする、単一レンズのソーラーモジュールの一層のホログラフィックレンズを製造する方法。
