Claims (16)
- 複数の太陽電池と、
入射する太陽光を受光する平面を形成する第1側、及び前記複数の太陽電池の方向に対向して備えられて前記第1側とは逆方向となる第2側を含み、前記複数の太陽電池から離隔した位置に配置され、前記入射する太陽光を集光して前記第2側から出射するように構成される集光部と、
前記集光部の第2側から離隔した位置に配置され、入射した光を前記複数の太陽電池間に規定される空間を経て前記集光部の第2側に反射するように前記集光部の第2側に対向して形成される反射部と、を含み、
前記集光部の第2側には、前記反射部及び前記複数の太陽電池に対向し、前記集光部により集光されて前記集光部の第2側から出射した太陽光の少なくとも一部を前記集光部と前記反射部間に規定されるエアギャップに閉じ込める反射領域が形成され、
前記集光部は、前記集光部の第2側に配置され、それぞれが前記複数の太陽電池に向かって膨らんだ形状に形成される複数のレンズを備え、
前記複数のレンズが互いに隣接して配列され、前記複数のレンズのうち隣接するレンズ間に充填部材が配置されて前記複数のレンズのうち隣接するレンズ間に形成されたギャップの少なくとも一部を埋めることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記集光部の第2側の反射領域は、
前記複数のレンズの少なくとも一部を覆うように形成され、
前記集光部の第1側に入射した太陽光を集光し、前記集光された太陽光を前記集光部の第2側から出射し、
前記反射部で反射して前記集光部の第2側に入射した光を再反射する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記集光部の第2側の反射領域には、前記集光された太陽光が前記複数のレンズを透過して出射するように複数のスリットが形成される、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部の反射領域上の複数のスリットの総面積は、前記集光部の平面の面積の0.1%〜5%である、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部の複数のレンズは、前記集光部の第2側の反射領域上の複数のスリットにそれぞれ対応し、前記各レンズには、前記各スリットから前記集光部の第1側の平面に向かって窪んだ溝が形成される、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部の反射領域上の複数のスリットには、光透過性材質が充填される、請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部の複数のレンズは、第1方向に長く延び、前記第1方向に垂直な第2方向に順次配列される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部は、異種屈折率を有する複数の材質を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部の第2側から離隔した位置に配置される前記反射部は、

前記ベース基板に配置される複数の第1反射板と、
前記ベース基板と前記集光部間に前記複数の太陽電池と共に配置される複数の第2反射板と、を含む、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記少なくとも1つの反射板は、それぞれ複数の突起を備える、請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部と前記反射部間に規定されるエアギャップは、充填材のない空間として形成される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部と前記反射部間に配置され、前記集光部と前記反射部間の空間を維持するように形成されるスペーサをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集光部の縁部及び前記反射部の縁部に沿って配置され、前記集光部と前記反射部間に規定されるエアギャップをシールするシール部材をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
