Claims (8)
- グロー・ゾーンと2つの電源端子とを備えた電気抵抗体であって、前記抵抗体(1)のグロー・ゾーン(2)は、管状であり、それぞれの端子(3、4)とグロー・ゾーンのそれぞれの終端(7、8)との間にユニオン(5、6)を設けたことを特徴とする電気抵抗体。
- 請求項1記載の抵抗体であって、グロー・ゾーン(2)の内径はユニオン(5、6)の最大内径とほぼ同じであることを特徴とする前記抵抗体。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の抵抗体であって、ユニオン(5、6)の外径は、グロー・ゾーンの外径とほぼ同じであり、更にユニオンの壁厚は、グロー・ゾーン(2)に向いているユニオンの終端においてグロー・ゾーンに向かって逐次的に薄くなることを特徴とする抵抗体。
- 請求項1、2、3または4記載の抵抗体であって、ユニオン(5、6)の最大内半径は、その最小内半径より3−5倍大きいことを特徴とする前記抵抗体。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の抵抗体であって、前記抵抗体(1)のバランスは、抵抗体のグロー・ゾーン(2)の外径が約12mmである場合、その内径は、約10mm、ユニオン(5、6)の外径は、約12mm、最小内径は、約3mmであり、更に、ユニオン(5、6)の壁厚は、約16mmの長さに亘って逐次的に薄くなることを特徴とする前記抵抗体。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の抵抗体であって、それぞれのユニオン(5、6)は、グロー・ゾーンのそれぞれの終端(7、8)に溶接されることを特徴とする抵抗体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の抵抗体であって、それぞれのユニオン(5、6)とそれぞれの端子(3、4)とは、合わせて一体構造を形成することを特徴とする抵抗体。
