Description
Claims (12)
- 冷却潤滑剤と空気を回転機械部分に選択的に供給する回転フィードスルーであって、第1のハウジング部(1)に回転可能に支持され、第1のシール面(13)を有する中空シャフト(4)と、第2のハウジング部(2)内で回転可能に取り付けられ、前記中空シャフト(4)と同軸であって、前記第1のシール面(13)と接触する第2のシール面(14)を有するシールブッシング(15)と、を有する回転フィードスルーにおいて、
前記第2のハウジング部(2)は、
冷却剤供給ライン(41)と圧縮空気供給ライン(36)を選択的に接続可能な第1の横方向供給チャネル(27)であって、前記シールブッシング(15)の少なくとも1個の半径方向開口部(24)を介して冷却潤滑剤または圧縮空気を供給する第1の横方向供給チャネル(27)と、
前記冷却潤滑剤の供給が行われている間、冷却潤滑剤が送り込まれる第2の供給チャネルであって、前記シール面(13,14)の接触圧を増加させるために、前記シールブッシング(15)の後端を押す圧力ピストン(18)に前記冷却潤滑剤を供給する第2の供給チャネル(30)と、
を有することを特徴とする回転フィードスルー。 - 前記第2のハウジング部(2)に支持された圧縮バネ(35)によってシールブッシング(15)に対して中空シャフト(4)の方向に力を加えて、前記シールブッシング(15)のS−流面(14)が中空シャフト(4)のシール面(13)に常に押し当てられるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記第1のシール面(13)が、前記中空シャフト(4)に挿入されたシールスリーブ(10)の後端に設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記圧力ピストン(18)が、前記シールブッシング(15)の後端に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記圧力ピストン(18)が、前記シールブッシング(15)の後端の中にシールされて突出する前端ペグ(23)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記圧力ピストン(18)が、前記第2のハウジング部(2)に装着された後端キャップ(20)に圧縮バネ(19)によって支持されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記第1のハウジング部(1)内において、前記中空シャフト(4)のシール面(13,14)とシールブッシング(15)との間のインターフェイスの領域には回収空間(31)が設けられ、排出ライン(33)を有する環状空間(32)が前記回収空間に接続して設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記2本の供給チャネル(27,30)は供給装置(36,37,41,42)に接続し、圧縮空気および冷却潤滑剤を供給することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記供給装置(36,37,41,42)は、圧縮空気源(37)から第1のオン−オフバルブ(38)と第1のチェックバルブ(39)とを介して、第1の供給チャネル(27)に接続されたライン(40)に続く圧縮空気供給ライン(36)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記供給装置(36,37,41,42)は、冷却潤滑剤源(42)から第2のオン−オフバルブ(43)を介して第2の供給チャネル(30)に続き、第2のチェックバルブ(45)を有するバイパス(44)を越えて前記第1のチェックバルブ(39)の下流の前記ライン(40)に続く冷却潤滑剤供給ライン(41)を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記第1のチェックバルブ(39)が前記第2のハウジング部(2)に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の回転フィードスルー。
- 前記第2のチェックバルブ(45)が前記第2のハウジング部(2)に一体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の回転フィードスルー。
