Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、可聴騒音を低減するための、スイッチングパワーコンバータ(10)用制御装置(28)、スイッチングパワーコンバータ、およびパワーコンバータのスイッチを制御する方法に関する。パワーコンバータは、電力変換を調整するために制御装置(28)および少なくとも1つのスイッチ(26)を備える。制御装置(28)は、スイッチ(26)のスイッチング周波数を監視し、その周波数が所定レベルに低下したとき指示を出す監視タイマ(45)と、そのタイマに接続され、タイマからの指示によってスイッチ(26)のスイッチングを調整し、可聴騒音の発生を減少させるために上記所定レベルを上回るように周波数を上昇させるゲート駆動回路(32)と、を備える。
Description
Claims (10)
- 電力変換を調整する少なくとも1つのスイッチ(26)を備えた、可聴騒音を低減するための、スイッチングパワーコンバータ(10)用の制御装置(28;28′)であって、
前記スイッチ(26)のスイッチング周波数を監視し、そのスイッチング周波数が所定レベルに低下したとき指示を出す、監視手段(45)と、
前記監視手段に依存して前記スイッチ(26)のスイッチングを調整し、前記可聴周波数の発生を減少させるために前記所定レベルを上回るように前記周波数を上昇させる、調整手段(32)と、
を備えた、スイッチングパワーコンバータ用の制御装置。 - 前記調整手段(32)は、前記監視手段(45)からの指示を受信したとき、前記スイッチ(26)を直ちにターンオンするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段(32)は、前記監視手段(45)からの指示を受信したとき、前記スイッチ(26)のオン時間を制限するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段(32)は、直接PWM制御によってオン時間を制限するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段(32)は、前記スイッチ(26)を通って流れるピーク電流を制限することによってオン時間を制限するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の制御装置。
- 第2のスイッチ(54)と、前記スイッチ(26)を通って流れる電流に対応する電圧を前記スイッチ(26)をオンオフするための基準電圧と比較する比較手段(52)と、をさらに備え、前記調整手段(32)は、前記スイッチ(26)を通って流れるピーク電流を制限するために、前記監視手段(45)からの前記指示が受信されたとき、前記第2のスイッチ(54)をスイッチオンし、前記スイッチ(26)を通って流れる電流に対応する電圧にある電圧を加算するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の制御装置。
- 前記第2のスイッチ(54)に接続される電流源(56)をさらに備え、前記第2のスイッチ(54)はキャパシタ(48)に接続可能であり、前記キャパシタ(48)は前記比較手段(52)に接続可能であり且つ前記スイッチ(26)のソースに接続されており、前記ソースに前記スイッチ(26)を介して流れる電流を検知するセンス抵抗(44)が接続され、前記加算した電圧は前記キャパシタ(48)の電圧と前記センス抵抗(44)の電圧とで作られる、請求項6に記載の制御装置。
- 前記調整手段(32)は、もし前記監視手段(45)が指示を出さなかったとき、前記第2のスイッチ(54)をターンオフし、次回に前記スイッチ(26)がターンオンされるように構成されている、請求項6に記載の制御装置。
- パワー変換手段(14)と、
前記パワー変換手段(14)を調整する、少なくとも1つのスイッチ(26)と、
前記スイッチ(26)のスイッチング周波数を監視し、そのスイッチング周波数が所定レベルに低下したとき指示を出す、監視手段(45)と、
前記監視手段に依存して前記スイッチ(26)のスイッチングを調整し、前記コンバータの可聴周波数の発生を減少させるために前記所定レベルを上回るように前記周波数を上昇させる、調整手段(32)と、
を備えた、スイッチングパワーコンバータ。 - パワーコンバータの少なくとも1つのスイッチ(26)を制御する制御方法であって、
前記スイッチ(26)のスイッチング周波数を監視し(45)、
前記スイッチング周波数が可聴周波数を発生する所定レベルを上回るように前記スイッチ(26)を制御する(32)、
という複数のステップを備える、パワーコンバータの少なくとも1つのスイッチを制御する制御方法。
