Description

味の感応は、本発明にかかる医薬製剤を経口投与した場合、二酸化炭素生成物質を含有せしめることによって、酸を添加しなくても、驚くべきことに改変され、苦味物質または活性物質は、この不快な味の感応を生じせしめないか、または極めて僅かな程度においてしか生じせしめないのである。
本発明にかかる医薬製剤は、数多くの異なる種類の活性物質に適する。
ところで、経粘膜での口腔内における適用、例えばバッカル（buccale）適用または舌下適用において前提条件となることは、必要な用量との関係において、口腔粘膜が活性物質に対して十分な透過性を有することである。一方、透過性は、活性物質の物理化学性に大きく依存する。本発明にかかる医薬製剤の場合の必須条件は、該製剤は飲み込まれるため、活性物質は、胃および／または腸において吸収されるものであることである。
本発明にさらに包含される製剤は、本明細書において既に述べた種類であって、薄い、固化した泡の形態で存在するものである。ウェハのうち、薄い泡の形態のものは有利であり、その理由は、粘膜への付着が、比表面積が大きいために速やかであるからであり、そして他方においては、速やかに崩壊するからである。これらの固形化された泡の密度は、好ましくは０．０１ｇ／ｃｍ３〜０．８ｇ／ｃｍ３の範囲、とくに好ましくは０．０８ｇ／ｃｍ３〜０．４ｇ／ｃｍ３の範囲、最も好ましくは０．１ｇ／ｃｍ３〜０．３ｇ／ｃｍ３の範囲である。密度の計算に際しては、泡状体全体が充填するかまたは囲む体積を計算の基礎とする。
上記の泡の製造は、気体の導入または分散を、特定の泡粉砕デバイス（Schaumaufschlag-Vorrichtungen ）を補助的に用いて行うか、または加圧して気体を溶解せしめ、その後にその溶液を解放することによって行ってもよい。

Claims (1)

  1. 固化した泡として存在し、この固化した泡の密度が、０．０１ｇ／ｃｍ３〜０．８ｇ／ｃｍ３の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項１〜１７のいずれかに記載のフィルム形状またはウェハ形状の医薬製剤。
