Claims (8)
- 特に燃料を混合気圧縮型の火花点火式の内燃機関の燃焼室(18)内に直接に噴射するための燃料噴射弁(1)であって、ノズル体(2)とシールリング(15)とを備え、このシールリングはノズル体(2)を内燃機関のシリンダヘッド(11)に対してシールしている形式のものにおいて、
シリンダヘッド(11)の囲壁(13)と燃料噴射弁(1)のノズル体(2)との間に構成されているリングギャップ(14)内で、少なくともシールリング(15)の燃焼室(18)に面した側に、付着を減少させる被覆(17)が設けられていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射弁。 - 被覆(17)が単に、シールリング(15)の下流側にだけ配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 被覆(17)が、シールリング(15)と燃焼室(18)との間のリングギャップ(14)の軸方向長さ全体に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 被覆(17)が固いコンシステンシーを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 被覆(17)が薄いテフロン(商標名)層から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 被覆がシールリング(15)と一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 被覆(17)がペースト形あるいは液状のコンシステンシーを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 被覆(17)が、少なくとも200℃までの温度に耐えることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
