Claims (10)
- 部品用の高温保護層において、該層が質量%でCr23〜27%、Al4〜7%、Si0.1〜3%、Ta0.1〜3%、Y0.2〜2%、B0.001〜0.01%、Mg0.001〜0.01%及びCa0.001〜0.01%を含有し、残部がNi及び不可避の不純物であることを特徴とする高温保護層。
- 該保護層が、質量%でAl5〜6%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温保護層。
- CrとAlとの定量比が3.6〜6.5の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高温保護層。
- NiとCrとの定量比が2.3〜3.0の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の高温保護層。
- 800℃〜1050℃の範囲の温度において、γ(ガンマ)相及びγ′(ガンマプライム)相の2相の容量割合の合計が50%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の高温保護層。
- 800〜900℃の範囲の温度において、α−Cr相の容量割合が5%より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の高温保護層。
- 被覆を、真空下、シールドガス下又は空気中で、溶射法(LPPS,VPS,APS)、高速噴射(HVOF)、電気化学的蒸着法、物理的/化学的蒸着法(PVD,CVD)又は先行技術より公知のその他の被覆法により製造することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の高温保護層。
- 熱ターボ機械の部品用の被覆であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の高温保護層。
- 0.03〜1.5mmの層厚が、部品の基材に直接、又は中間層に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の高温保護層。
- 被覆を、遮熱被覆の下の結合層として使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の高温保護層。
