Claims (10)

1. Высокотемпературный защитный слой для конструктивного элемента, отличающийся тем, что он содержит 23-27 мас.% хрома, 4-7 мас.% алюминия, 0,1-3 мас.% кремния, 0,1-3 мас.% тантала, 0,2-2 мас.% иттрия, 0,001-0,01 мас.% бора, 0,001-0,01 мас.% магния и 0,001-0,01 мас.% кальция, остаток никель и неизбежные примеси.
2. Слой по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит 5-6 мас.% алюминия.
3. Слой по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что количественное соотношение хрома и алюминия лежит в диапазоне 3,6-6,5.
4. Слой по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что количественное соотношение никеля и хрома лежит в диапазоне 2,3-3,0.
5. Слой по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что сумма объемных долей обеих фаз γ (гамма) и γ’ (гамма прим) в интервале температур 800-1050°С составляет более 50%.
6. Слой по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что объемная доля α-Cr-фаз в интервале температур 800-900°С составляет более 5%.
7. Слой по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что покрытие наносят в вакууме, в защитном газе или на воздухе методами термонапыления (LPPS, VPS, APS), высокоскоростным напылением (HVOF), электрохимическим осаждением, физико-химическим испарением (PVD, CVD) или иным, известным из уровня техники методом нанесения покрытия.
8. Слой по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что он представляет собой покрытие конструктивных элементов тепловых турбомашин.
9. Слой по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что слой толщиной 0,03-1,5 мм нанесен непосредственно на основной материал конструктивного элемента или на промежуточный слой.
10. Слой по одному из пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что покрытие нанесено под теплоизолирующим слоем в качестве слоя, повышающего адгезию.
