Claims (6)
- −試料被着前に第一の波長域の光の既知のかつゼロではない吸光を示す試験片と、
−第一の波長域ならびに第二の波長域の光線を放射して前記試験片を照射する照明ユニットと、
−前記試験片の透過光または反射光が記録されるようにポジションニングされた検出ユニットと、
−前記検出器が照射される際に該検出器から信号を受け取って、
−第一の波長域における前記試験片の吸光から修正値を算出するとともに、
−前記試験片に試料が被着された後、第二の波長域における検体濃度に依存した測定値を求める解析評価ユニットとを含む、
検体に起因しない光強度変化を考慮して検体を測定しかつ前記修正値を考慮して検体濃度を算定する分析システム。 - 前記試験片による吸光が基本的に生じない第二または第三の波長域における光強度(白色値)を記録し、該白色値を考慮して前記測定値の修正を行う解析評価ユニットを含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記照明ユニットの一部を形成する、光ガイド素子を含む試験片が使用される請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 検体に起因しない光強度変化の分析・修正のための方法において、以下の工程すなわち
(a)試料被着前に試験片が照射され、試料の被着されていない該試験片による既知のかつゼロではない吸光が生ずる第一の波長域における該試験片の反射光または透過光が検出されて、第一の修正値の求値が行われる工程と、
(b)試料被着後に試験片が照射され、乾燥試験片による既知の吸光ならびに試料に起因するが検体とは無関係の光強度変化が生ずる第一の波長域における該試験片の反射光または透過光が検出されて、第二の修正値の求値が行われる工程と、
−続いてまたは方法工程(b)の実施前に、試験片が照射され、検体による吸光が生ずる第二の波長域における該試験片の反射光または透過光が検出されて、測定値が求められる工程と、
−第一と第二の修正値の差引きが行われて、試料に起因した光強度変化分が算定される工程と、
−第一の修正値により、乾燥試験片による基本的に完全な吸光が生ずる際に前記検出器によって記録される光量(黒色値)が求められる工程と、
−黒色値と試料に起因した光強度変化とを考慮した前記測定値の修正によって第二の波長域における検体濃度が算定される工程とを含む方法。 - 検体に起因しない光強度変化の分析・修正のための方法において、以下の工程すなわち
−試料被着前に第一の波長域において既知のかつゼロではない吸光を示す試験片が試料の被着前または被着後に第一の波長域において照射される工程と、
−第一の波長域における前記試験片の反射光または透過光が検出されて、第一または第二の修正値が求められる工程と、
−試料被着後に前記試験片が照射され、検体による吸光が生ずる第二の波長域における該試験片の反射光または透過光が検出されて、測定値が求められる工程と、
−前記の第一と第二の修正値を考慮した前記測定値の修正によって検体濃度が求められる工程とを含む方法。 - 試料の被着・分析用の光ガイド特性を有した試験片であって、
−試料とは無関係に第一の波長域において既知のゼロではない吸光を示す物質と、
−試料中の検体と相互作用する結果、前記試験片が試料被着後に第二の波長域において検体に依存した吸光を示すようになる試薬系とを含む試験片。
