Kerobit TBK 2,6−ジ−tert−ブチル p−クレゾール(Raschig)
PEO/PVAグラフト共重合体での親水性、単量体含有化合物の調製
2.25kg(45.0質量%)の固体Alcotex5−97が、最初にDiosna混合機(シュレッダー付きV25型、Dierks&Soehne GmbH)に取られ、そして混合に切り替えられた後3分間の持続時間、取り外された。グリセロール0.5kg(10質量%)添加後、更に6分間混合が実施された。50〜55℃の物質温度が安定化された。最後に、2.165kg(43.3質量%)のLaromer LR8830、0.06kg(1.2質量%)のLucirin BDK、及び0.025kg(0.5質量%)のKerobit TBKの溶液が添加された。混合工程が6分間継続された後、物質温度は、約60℃まで増加された。この混合機は停止され、そして内容物が室温まで冷却された。以下に実施例1に従った親水性化合物として参照される、5kgの流動性の化合物、が得られた。
PVA/PEOグラフト共重合体及び1,2−ポリブタジエンを有するフレキソ印刷要素
22.5g(50質量%)のJSR RB 810、及び9.0g(20.0質量%)のNisso PB B−1000が、初期温度150℃で均質な溶融物が得られるまで(約6〜8分間)、実験室測定ねっか機(Haake、50ml容量)で混合された。1.8g(4.0質量%)のLaromer HDDA、0.225g(0.5質量%)のLucirin BDK、及び0.225g(0.5質量%)のKerobit TBKが次に添加された。約2分後、均質な溶融物が再び形成された。最後に、実施例1に従った、11.25g(25質量%)の親水性化合物も混合が継続された状態で添加された。5〜6分後、均質な溶融物が再び形成された。トルク1.5Nmで159℃の一定の物質温度に帰着した。
PVA/PEOグラフト共重合体及び1,2−ポリブタヒエンを有するフレキソ印刷要素の最良の形式
27.0g(60質量%)のJSR RB 810、9.0g(20.0質量%)のNisso PB B−1000、1.8g(4.0質量%)のLaromer HDDA、0.225g(0.5質量%)のLucirin BDK、0.225gの(0.5質量%)のKerobit TBK及び実施例1に従った、6.75g(15.0質量%)の親水性化合物が使用された以外は、実施例2と同様の手順であった。
PVA/PEOグラフト共重合体及び1,2−ポリブタジエンを有するフレキソ印刷要素
29.25g(65.0質量%)のJSR RB 810、9.0g(20.0質量%)のNisso PB B−1000、1.8g(4.0質量%)のLaromer HDDA、0.225g(0.5質量%)のLucirin BDK、0.225g(0.5質量%)のKerobit TBK、及び実施例1に従った、4.5g(10.0質量%)の親水性化合物が使用された以外は、実施例2と同様の手順であった。
PVA/PEOグラフト共重合体及び1,2−ポリブタジエンを有するフレキソ印刷要素
31.5g(70.0質量%)のJSR RB 810、9.0g(20.0質量%)のNisso PB B−1000、1.8g(4.0質量%)のLaromer HDDA、0.225g(0.5質量%)のLucirin BDK、0.225g(0.5質量%)のKerobit TBK、及び実施例1に従った、2.25g(5.0質量%)の親水性化合物が使用された以外は、実施例2と同様の手順であった。
PVA/PEOグラフト共重合体及びSBS3ブロック共重合体を有するフレキソ印刷要素
17.33g(38.5質量%)のKraton D−1102、7.2g(16.0質量%)のNisso PB B−1000、7.2g(16.0質量%)のPolyoel 130、4.5g(10.0質量%)のLaromer HDDA、0.9g(2.0質量%)のLucirin BDK、0.45g(1.0質量%)のKerobit TBK、及び実施例1に従った、7.43g(16.5質量%)の親水性化合物が使用された以外は、実施例2と同様の手順であった。トルク0.2Nmで160℃の一定の物質温度という最終結果であった。
親水性乳化共重合体及びSBS3ブロック共重合体を有するフレキソ印刷要素
最初に、16.0gのNisso PB B−1000、16.0gのPolyoel 130、10.0gのLaromer HDDA、2.0gのLucirin BDK、及び1.0gのKerobit TBKの溶液が、250mlのビーカーにおいて80℃で調製された。16.5gのAcronal S 695 Pが、熱い溶液に手動攪拌されつつ添加された。
親水性乳化共重合体及びSBS3ブロック共重合体を有するフレキソ印刷要素
Acronalの代わりにStyrofanが使用された以外は、実施例7と同様の手順であった。わずかに不透明な、可撓性のある、そして均質なフレキソ印刷要素が得られる。レリーフ層における、親水性乳化共重合体の疎水性エラストマーに対する割合は、29:71である。
1,2−ポリブタジエンを有し、親水性成分を有していないフレキソ印刷要素
33.75g(75.0質量%)のJSR RB 810、及び9.0g(20.0質量%)のNisso PB B−1000が実験室測定ねっか機(Haake、50ml容量)中で、初期温度150℃で均質な溶融物が得られるまで(約6〜7分間)混合された。次に、1.8g(4.0質量%)のLaromer HDDA、0.225g(0.5質量%)のLucirin BDK、及び0.225g(0.5質量%)のKerobit TBKの溶液が混合を継続させつつ添加された。3分後、均質な溶融物が再び形成された。トルク1.8Nmで164℃の一定の物質温度に帰着した。
SBSゴムを有し、親水性成分を有しないフレキソ印刷要素。
PVA/PEOグラフト共重合体を有し、疎水性成分を有しないレリーフ印刷要素
EP−A1136254の実施例1に従って、レリーフ印刷要素が製造された。
全てのフレキソ印刷要素が、均等に光化学架橋された。
約30μmのスポット(spot)直径、及び250ワットの公称出力を有する、CO2レーザー(ALE、ALE型 メリヂアンファイン(meridian finesse))がレーザー彫刻実験に使用された。版表面上での出力は、最大出力で、約150ワットであった。レーザー彫刻実験は、次のソフトウェアパラメータ(software parameter):合計レリーフ=75、第1ステップ=48、彫刻速度=240rpm、及び肩(shoulder)の基本幅=1.24、を使用して実施された。
・ 感度の測定として、物質が完全に除去された範囲と版表面との高さの差異として測定される、彫刻深さD。
・ 正確さの測定として、幅40μmの横方向ネガティブ線の実際の幅Wtr、及び実際の幅と40μmの要求された幅の間の差異ΔWtr。
・ 正確さの測定として、幅40μmの軸方向ネガティブ線の実際の幅Wax、及び実際の幅と40μmの要求された幅の間の差異ΔWax。
・ 析出物(deposits)の形成、溶融端及び粘着性小滴(析出物)の視覚評価、及び次の水による洗浄における、表面の析出物の洗浄性(洗浄性)の視覚評価。
・ 水性フレキソ印刷インクに対する耐性の測定として、レーザー彫刻されたフレキソ印刷要素の膨張SW。膨脹性は、架橋レリーフ印刷要素の断片がpH9で塩基水溶液(アンモニア水)中に室温で24時間沈められる、膨脹試験により測定される。この試験の工程で層の重さ増加百分率が測定された。
Claims (17)
- 少なくとも、
寸法安定性の支持体、
少なくとも2種の高分子バインダーと架橋用の成分を含む架橋可能なレリーフ層の均一な架橋により得られる、レーザー彫刻可能なエラストマー系の架橋レリーフ層、を含み、
少なくとも2種の高分子バインダーが、少なくとも1種の親水性重合体及び少なくとも1種の疎水性エラストラマーのブレンドを含み、そして乳化重合によって調製された親水性重合体以外の親水性重合体の疎水性エラストラマーに対する質量比が1:99〜30:70である、フレキソ印刷版製造用のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。 - 親水性重合体の疎水性エラストラマーに対する質量比が、2:98〜20:80である、請求項1に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 親水性重合体が、ビニルアルコール単位を含む重合体である請求項1又は請求項2に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 親水性重合体が、ポリオキシアルキレン/ポリビニルアルコールグラフト共重合体である、請求項3に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 少なくとも、
寸法安定性の支持体、
少なくとも2種の高分子バインダーと架橋用の成分を含む、架橋可能なレリーフ層の均一な架橋により得られる、レーザー彫刻可能なエラストマー系の、架橋レリーフ層、を含み、
少なくとも2種の高分子バインダーが、少なくとも1種の親水性乳化共重合体及び少なくとも1種の疎水性エラストラマーのブレンドを含み、そして親水性乳化共重合体の疎水性エラストラマーに対する質量比が、1:99〜75:25である、フレキソ印刷版製造用のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。 - 親水性乳化共重合体の疎水性エラストラマーに対する質量比が、5:95〜50:50である、請求項5に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 親水性乳化共重合体が、少なくとも1種の親水性単量体及び少なくとも1種のエラストマー系単量体の共重合体である請求項5又は6に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 乳化共重合体が、35〜98質量%の少なくとも1種の共役ジエン及び/又は1種のエラストマー系のアクリレート、2〜40質量%の少なくとも1種のモノオレフィン性の親水性単量体、及び0〜60質量%のオレフィン性基を有する他のコモノマーを含む請求項7に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 親水性単量体が、アクリル酸又はメタクリル酸である請求項8に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 親水性単量体が、アクリルアミド又はメタクリルアミドである請求項8に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 親水性単量体がモノオレフィン性の燐酸誘導体である請求項8に記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 疎水性エラストラマーがエラストマー系の熱可塑性ブロック共重合体である請求項1〜11の何れかに記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- レリーフ層が、更に、少なくとも1種のレーザー放射線の吸収体を含む請求項1〜12の何れかに記載のレーザー彫刻フレキソ印刷要素。
- レリーフ層の均一な架橋が光化学作用、熱化学作用、又は電子ビームにより実施される請求項1〜13の何れかに記載のレーザー彫刻可能なフレキソ印刷要素。
- 印刷レリーフが、請求項1〜14の何れかに記載のフレキソ印刷要素の架橋レリーフ層にレーザーにより彫刻される、フレキソ印刷版の製造方法。
- フレキソ印刷版の表面がレーザー彫刻後に洗浄される請求項15に記載の方法。
- 後の洗浄が、水又は洗浄剤水溶液により実施される請求項16に記載の方法。
