該押出口から押し出される溶融合成樹脂を該押出口から切り離すための切断手段と、切断された溶融合成樹脂を案内するための案内手段とを具備し、
該案内手段は少なくとも2個の案内部材を含んでいて開状態と閉状態とに選択的に設定され、該開状態において押出口から押し出された溶融合成樹脂を受け入れ、閉状態にせしめられて受け入れた溶融合成樹脂を実質上囲繞し、
該案内部材が該閉状態に設定された状態において、該案内部材は押出口から押し出された溶融合成樹脂の横断面形状と実質上同一又はこれより大きい横断面形状の案内空間を規定する、
ことを特徴とする溶融合成樹脂供給装置が提供される。

Claims (8)
- 押出口を横切って移動せしめられ、該押出口から押し出される溶融合成樹脂を該押出口から切り離して搬送するための溶融合成樹脂供給装置において、
該押出口から押し出される溶融合成樹脂を該押出口から切り離すための切断手段と、切断された溶融合成樹脂を案内するための案内手段とを具備し、
該案内手段は少なくとも2個の案内部材を含んでいて開状態と閉状態とに選択的に設定され、該開状態において押出口から押し出された溶融合成樹脂を受け入れ、閉状態にせしめられて受け入れた溶融合成樹脂を実質上囲繞し、
該案内部材が該閉状態に設定された状態において、該案内部材は押出口から押し出された溶融合成樹脂の横断面形状と実質上同一又はこれより大きい横断面形状の案内空間を規定する、
ことを特徴とする溶融合成樹脂供給装置。 - 該押出口は実質上水平に延在し且つ下方に開口せしめられており、該切断手段及び該案内手段は実質上水平に移動せしめられ、該案内空間は実質上鉛直に延在する、請求項1記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。
- 該押出口は直径D1の円形であり、該案内空間は直径D2の円形横断面形状を有し、1.
0×D1≦D2≦3.0×D1である、請求項2記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。 - 該案内手段は、移動方向下流側に面した、横断面形状が半円形状である内周面を有する主案内部材と、該閉状態において移動方向上流側に面した、横断面形状が90度の角度範囲に渡って延びる弧状である内周面を有する2個の副案内部材を具備し、該2個の副案内部材が該主案内部材に対して移動せしめられることによって該開状態と該閉状態に設定される、請求項3記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。
- 該案内手段は、移動方向下流側に面した、横断面形状が半円形状である内周面を有する主案内部材と、該閉状態において移動方向上流側に面した、横断面形状が半円形状である内周面を有する1個の副案内部材を具備し、該1個の副案内部材が該主案内部材に対して移動せしめられることによって該開状態と該閉状態とに設定される、請求項3記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。
- 該主案内部材の上端縁が該切断手段を構成している、請求項4又は5記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。
- 溶融合成樹脂が該押出口から完全に切り離された時点において、該案内手段の下端は該押出口から完全に切り離された溶融合成樹脂の下端よりも下方に位置する、請求項2から6までのいずれかに記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。
- 該案内手段の上端は該押出口と実質上同高であり、該押出口から完全に切り離された時点における溶融合成樹脂の鉛直方向長さをL1とすると、該案内手段はL1≦L2≦10× L1である鉛直方向長さL2を有する、請求項7記載の溶融合成樹脂供給装置。
