Description
特に本発明は、テンタ油等のチェーン用潤滑油として好適に用いられる潤滑油組成物に関する。
また、本発明は、上記熱安定性に加え、高潤滑性を有し、実機に用いられる部材に不具合を生じさせない潤滑油組成物を提供することを目的とする。
ポリオールエステル系合成油を含む基油成分と、
数平均分子量400以上800以下のアリールアルキル基を有するジフェニルアミン誘導体とを含有する。
ポリオールエステル系合成油と、
C12からC72の脂肪酸とを含む基油成分を含有する。
この脂肪酸は、直鎖状脂肪酸でも、分岐状脂肪酸でも、あるいはこれらの混合物でもよい。
ポリオールエステル系合成油と、
C12からC72の脂肪酸とを含む基油成分と
数平均分子量400以上800以下のアリールアルキル基を有するジフェニルアミン誘導体とを含有する。
また、本発明によれば、高潤滑性を有し、実機に用いられる部材に不具合を生じない潤滑油組成物が得られる。
表1に示す組成の潤滑油組成物試料油を用意した。表中、各成分の量は質量%で表す。
なお、比較例1および比較例2の試料油は、市販品を用いた。
上記実施例1の4,4−ビス(ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミンの含有量を3質量%、1質量%に変え、他の成分は実施例1と同じとしたものをそれぞれ実施例3、実施例4の潤滑油組成物試料油とした。
上記実施例1の脂肪酸を0質量%(含有しない)に変え、他の成分は実施例1と同じとしたものを実施例5の潤滑油組成物試料油とした。
表2に示す組成の潤滑油組成物試料油を用意した。表中、各成分の量は質量%で表す

容量10ccの耐熱ガラス製ビーカーに、実施例1、実施例2、実施例9、実施例10および比較例1、2のそれぞれの試料油約5gと、鉄粉(JIS SCM440)2.5gを入れ、200℃のオーブン内で720時間加熱した。蒸発損失率の経時変化を図1に示す。
また、700時間における各試料油の状態を図2に示す。
図1および図2より、実施例1および実施例2の試料油は700時間を経過後も固化せず流動性を有しており、比較例1および比較例2の試料油と比べて耐熱性に優れていることがわかる。
また、潤滑添加剤を除いた実施例9、潤滑添加剤及び脂肪酸を除いた実施例10についても同様の結果が得られた(600時間)。
容量10ccの耐熱ガラス製ビーカーに、実施例1、実施例3、実施例4、実施例6、実施例7および実施例8のそれぞれの試料油約5gを入れ、200℃のオーブン内で静置し400時間加熱した。蒸発損失率の経時変化を図3に示す。
図3に示した結果から、実施例1、実施例3、実施例4および実施例6のいずれも耐熱性に優れるが、4,4−ビス(ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミンを6質量%含む実施例1の試料油が最も耐熱性に優れ、これに僅差で続いて4,4−ビス(ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミンを3質量%含む実施例3の試料油が耐熱性に優れていることがわかった。また、実施例7、8についても、実施例1と同様の結果が得られた。
実施例1、実施例5、実施例11、実施例12、実施例13および実施例14の試料油について、曾田式四球試験機を用いて、回転数200rpm、荷重0.5kg/minステップアップで試験を行い、摩擦係数が変異する点(油膜が極めて薄くなり金属接触挙動を起こす点)を測定して耐荷重値とした。結果を図4に示す。
図4の結果から、脂肪酸を含有する実施例11および実施例12の試料油は、脂肪酸を含有しない実施例5の試料油と比べ耐荷重量が大きく、潤滑性に優れることがわかる。脂肪酸を2質量%含有する実施例1の試料油は、脂肪酸を含有しない実施例5の試料油と比べ耐荷重量が約3倍向上した。また、潤滑添加剤リン系Aを除いた実施例13、14についても実施例1の潤滑特性に変化は認められなかった。
ビニルメチルシリコーン(VMQ)ゴムからなる試験片を、実施例1、比較例1および比較例2のそれぞれの試料油に浸漬し、185℃で静置した。168時間後に試験片を取り出し、試験片の溶出の有無を観察した。浸漬試験後の試験片の状態を図5に示す。
図5が示すとおり、実施例1の試験片に溶出は見られなかったが、比較例1および比較例2の試験片は溶出が観察された。
Claims (14)
- ポリオールエステル系合成油を含む基油成分と、
数平均分子量400以上800以下のアリールアルキル基を有するジフェニルアミン誘導体とを含有する潤滑油組成物。 - 前記ジフェニルアミン誘導体の含有量が2質量%以上8質量%以下である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記ジフェニルアミン誘導体の含有量が3質量%以上7質量%以下である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記ジフェニルアミン誘導体の含有量が約6質量%である請求項1に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記ポリオールエステル系合成油が、ジペンタエリスリトール、ペンタエリスリトール、トリメチロールプロパンまたはネオペンチルグリコールをアルコール成分とするエステルを含む請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記ジフェニルアミン誘導体が4,4-ビス(ジメチルベンジル)ジフェニルアミンである請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- ポリオールエステル系合成油と、
C12からC72の脂肪酸とを含む基油成分を含有する潤滑油組成物。 - 前記脂肪酸の含有量が10質量%以下である請求項7に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸の含有量が1質量%以上である請求項7に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸の含有量が約2質量%である請求項7に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記ポリオールエステル系合成油が、ジペンタエリスリトール、ペンタエリスリトール、トリメチロールプロパンまたはネオペンチルグリコールをアルコール成分とするエステルを含む請求項7ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸が不飽和脂肪酸を含む請求項7ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸が飽和脂肪酸を含む請求項7ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の潤滑油組成物。
- ポリオールエステル系合成油と、
C12からC72の脂肪酸とを含む基油成分と
数平均分子量400以上800以下のアリールアルキル基を有するジフェニルアミン誘導体とを含有する潤滑油組成物。
