Abstract
【解決手段】 暗箱1と、発光素子30及び受光素子40と、を備え、発光素子30の照射領域と受光素子40の受光領域とが重なり合う領域を検煙領域Aとし、発光素子30からの照射光が暗箱1内に流入した煙粒子により散乱して発生する散乱光を、受光素子40で受光して煙を検出する煙感知器であって、発光素子30から照射され検煙領域Aを通過した光を、検煙領域A外の所定の集光領域Bに集光させる集光手段14を備える。

Description
暗箱と、発光素子及び受光素子と、を備え、前記発光素子の照射領域と前記受光素子の受光領域とが重なり合う領域を検煙領域とし、前記発光素子からの照射光が前記暗箱内に流入した煙粒子により散乱して発生する散乱光を、前記受光素子で受光して煙を検出する煙感知器であって、
前記発光素子から照射され前記検煙領域を通過した光を、前記検煙領域外の所定の集光領域に集光させる集光手段を備えることを特徴とする。
前記集光領域は、
前記発光素子の光軸と前記受光素子の光軸とを含む仮想平面の外に設けられることを特徴とする。
前記暗箱は、
前記集光手段により集光させた光を減衰させる光減衰手段を備えることを特徴とする。
前記集光手段は、
前記発光素子から照射され前記検煙領域を通過した光を、前記集光領域に向けて反射させて集光させる凹曲面を有することを特徴とする。
前記集光手段の前記凹曲面は下向きとされていることを特徴とする。
前記集光手段は、
前記暗箱とともに一体成形されることを特徴とする。
前記暗箱内への煙の流入を許容しながら前記暗箱内への光の入射を阻止するラビリンス構造を有し、
前記集光手段は、
前記ラビリンス構造の一部を構成することを特徴とする。
前記集光手段の外部形状は、
流線形状とされてなることを特徴とする。

- 暗箱と、発光素子及び受光素子と、を備え、前記発光素子の照射領域と前記受光素子の受光領域とが重なり合う領域を検煙領域とし、前記発光素子からの照射光が前記暗箱内に流入した煙粒子により散乱して発生する散乱光を、前記受光素子で受光して煙を検出する煙感知器であって、
前記発光素子から照射され前記検煙領域を通過した光を、前記検煙領域外の所定の集光領域に集光させる集光手段を備えることを特徴とする煙感知器。 - 前記集光領域は、
前記発光素子の光軸と前記受光素子の光軸とを含む仮想平面の外に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の煙感知器。 - 前記暗箱は、
前記集光手段により集光させた光を減衰させる光減衰手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の煙感知器。 - 前記集光手段は、
前記発光素子から照射され前記検煙領域を通過した光を、前記集光領域に向けて反射させて集光させる凹曲面を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の煙感知器。 - 前記集光手段の前記凹曲面は下向きとされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の煙感知器。
- 前記集光手段は、
前記暗箱とともに一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の煙感知器。 - 前記暗箱内への煙の流入を許容しながら前記暗箱内への光の入射を阻止するラビリンス構造を有し、
