Abstract
【解決手段】水系に防食剤を添加して該水系の鉄系金属部材表面に対し初期防食皮膜を形成する初期防食皮膜形成工程において、少なくともピロリン酸及び/又はその塩より選ばれる1種以上を含む防食剤を用い、初期pHを5以上7未満に調整し、終了時のpHが7以上となるように初期防食皮膜形成工程を行う。

Description
<実施例1>
ピロリン酸カリウムを用いた初期防食皮膜形成処理の発錆面に対する防食性能評価試験を以下の方法で行った。
実施例1において、ピロリン酸カリウムの代りに塩化亜鉛及びヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを、各々全リン酸濃度100mg−PO4/L、亜鉛濃度20mg−Zn/Lとなるように添加したこと以外同様にして試験を行った。
実施例1において、ピロリン酸カリウムの代りにヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを全リン酸濃度100mg−PO4/Lとなるように添加したこと以外同様にして試験を行った。
<実施例2>
ピロリン酸カリウムを用いた初期防食皮膜形成処理によって形成される初期防食皮膜の強度評価試験を以下の方法で行った。
実施例2において、ピロリン酸カリウムの代りに塩化亜鉛及びヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを、各々全リン酸濃度100mg−PO4/L、亜鉛濃度20mg−Zn/Lとなるように添加したこと以外同様にして試験を行った。
実施例2において、ピロリン酸カリウムの代りにヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを全リン酸濃度100mg−PO4/Lとなるように添加したこと以外同様にして試験を行った。
<実施例3>
炭素鋼チューブ通水条件におけるピロリン酸カリウムを用いた初期防食皮膜の防食性能評価試験を以下の方法で行った。
実施例3において、初期防食皮膜形成工程でピロリン酸カリウムの代りに塩化亜鉛及びヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを、各々全リン酸濃度100mg−PO4/L、亜鉛濃度20mg−Zn/Lとなるように添加したこと以外同様にして試験を行った。
実施例3において、初期防食皮膜形成工程でピロリン酸カリウムの代りにヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムを全リン酸濃度100mg−PO4/Lとなるように添加したこと以外同様にして試験を行った。
Claims (6)
- 水系に防食剤を添加して、該水系の鉄系金属部材表面に初期防食皮膜を形成する初期防食皮膜形成工程を有する腐食防止方法において、
該防食剤として少なくともピロリン酸及び/又はその塩より選ばれる1種以上を用い、
該初期防食皮膜形成工程の初期pHを5以上7未満に調整し、初期防食皮膜形成工程終了時のpHを7以上とすることを特徴とする腐食防止方法。 - 請求項1において、該水系の全リン酸濃度が20〜70mg−PO4/Lの範囲となるように前記防食剤を添加することを特徴とする腐食防止方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、該防食剤が、ピロリン酸及び/又はその塩より選ばれる1種以上のピロリン酸系防食成分と、正リン酸及び/又はその塩より選ばれる1種以上の正リン酸系防食成分とを、ピロリン酸系防食成分:正リン酸系防食成分=100:0〜20:80(重量比)の割合で含むことを特徴とする腐食防止方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項において、該初期防食皮膜形成工程を実施する水系のカルシウム硬度が30〜150mg−CaCO3/Lの範囲であり、該水系に必要に応じリン酸カルシウム系スケールの析出及び/又は付着防止効果を有する高分子電解質を添加することを特徴とする腐食防止方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項において、該防食剤を含み初期pHを5以上7未満に調整した水系のMアルカリ度が10〜30mg−CaCO3/Lの範囲であることを特徴とする腐食防止方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、該初期防食皮膜形成工程の後、該初期防食皮膜を維持するために該水系に腐食防止剤を添加することを特徴とする腐食防止方法。
