Abstract
【解決手段】濁度試験により<600FNUの濁度を有する、本質的に酸化鉄および/またはオキシ水酸化鉄から成る粒子によって達成された。

Description
濁度試験:
カートリッジでの使用に関して、実際の要求性に近似する粒子安定性の改良された試験は、水中での粒子の機械的撹拌の後の、懸濁液上清の濁度試験である。濁度試験は、水、廃水およびスラッジ試験における重要な方法である。
摩耗試験
粒径≧0.5mmおよび湿分率≦5%を有する試験すべき粒子 10gを、目盛り付きの250ml“Duran(R)”ガラス容器(Schott, 製品番号21801365)中で計量し、150mlの脱イオン化水と一緒に混合し、室温で、30分に亘って250回転/分で、LabShaker振とう機(Kuehner model, Braun-Melsungen)上で回転させた。その後に、懸濁液から、微粉画分≦0.1mmについてシーブを用いて単離し、湿分≦5%に単離し、かつ計量した。最終的な質量と最初の質量との質量比は、摩耗率x%で定めた。x(%)=[100×微粉画分の最終質量(g)/粒子の最初の質量(g)]
摩耗および濁度に関する同様の結果は、ベンチ型振とう機“Lab-Shaker”, Kuehner AG, type LSR-V-25を用いて、デジタル周波数ディスプレイ(+/−1rpm)で、振とう周波数250回転/分のものを使用した。
ヒ素吸着試験
ヒ素(V)の吸着を測定するために、5lのPE容器中で、3lのNa2HAsO4水溶液を、pH約8で定義された時間に亘って3gの試料を用いて、それぞれヒ素2.5〜3mg/lの示された濃度での試験下で処理し、かつ容器を回転ローラー上で、室温で撹拌した。定められた時間間隔の後に、約50mlの溶液を取り出し、0.45μmの孔径を有する酢酸セルロースメンブレンフィルターを介して濾過し、かつそのヒ素含量を測定した。水酸化鉄へのAsイオンの吸着を、120分後に溶液中に残留するAs5+イオンの濃度として定義し、かつ最初の濃度(=100%)と比較して、例における%を示した。

装填されたオキシ水酸化鉄または溶液のAsおよび重金属含量は、DIN38406−29(1999)で定義されたように質量分析器(CIP−MS)によって測定するか、あるいは、EN−ISO11885(1998)として定義された場合により発光分光器(ICP−OES)を用いて、それぞれの場合において励起ユニットとして誘導的に導電プラズマを用いて測定した。
Fe2(SO4)3 107g/lの溶液 76m3を50℃で加熱し、その後に61分に亘って、約15m3のNaOH溶液(300g/l)を用いて、1500m3/hの空気と同時にガス導入をおこないながら、最終pHを9.2にした。添加が完了した後に、さらにバッチを22分に亘ってガス導入しながら撹拌した。バッチをフィルタープレス上で洗浄し、濾液を<1000μS/cmの導電度にし、濾過ペーストを、ペースト成形機を介してベルトドライヤー上に導き、かつ乾燥させた。粒子画分0.5〜2mmについて試験した。

吸着(吸着試験):2.4%;
2コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):250FNU;
5コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):135FNU;
含水率:9%;
かさ密度:0.94g/cm3;
相分析:主要構成成分−FeOOH
120分後のAs(V)吸着率:59.3%;
120分後のCd2+吸着率:54.2%;c0=2.4mg/l;c(120分)=1.1mg/l
120分後のV5+吸着率:33.3%;c0=2.4mg/l;c(120分)=1.6mg/l
流れ試験:流れあり。
洗浄した濾過ペーストの一部を、0.8mmのノズルを用いて噴霧乾燥させた。これは、主に30〜200μmの極めてせまい粒度分布を示す:D(v,0.1)=58.97μm;D[3.2]=91.36μm

5コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):16FNU;
含水率:22.3%;
かさ密度:1.00g/cm3;
120分後のAs(V)吸着率:96.4%;
流れ試験;流れあり。
Fe2(SO4)3 106.3g/lを有する溶液 76m3を45℃に加熱し、その後に50分に亘って、約13m3のNaOH溶液を用いて、1500m3/hの空気と同時にガス導入をおこないながら、最終pHを4.7にした。添加完了時に、さらにバッチを28分に亘ってガス導入しながら撹拌した。バッチの一部分をフィルタープレス上で洗浄し、濾液を<1000μS/cmの導電度にし、濾過ペーストを、ペースト成形機(6.5mmの送り穴付きフィルムを有する)を介してベルトドライヤー上に導き、かつ、乾燥させた。粒子画分0.5〜2mmについて試験した。
BET:185m2/g;
吸着率(吸着試験):4.7%;
含水率:6.0%;
かさ密度:0.94g/cm3;
120分後のAs(V)吸着率:63.0%;
相分析:主要構成成分=FeOOH;
流れ試験:流れあり。
洗浄した濾過ペーストの一部を混合し、9.5%の固体を有する懸濁液を形成し、かつ0.8mmのノズルを用いてノズル噴霧乾燥により乾燥させた。
BET:326m2/g
含水率:16.9%;
かさ密度:1.08g/cm3;
2コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):276FNU;
5コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):76FNU;
120分後のAs(V)吸着率:98.8%;
120分後のV5+吸着率:54.2%;c0=2.4mg/l;c(120分)=1.1mg/l
流れ試験;流れあり。
NaOH溶液(100g/l) 7.5lを装填し、撹拌しながら70℃に加熱し、かつ30分に亘って、FeClSO4溶液(100g/l) 13.5lと一緒に混合することでpH5にした。さらにバッチを30分に亘って撹拌した。5lの懸濁液を吸引フィルター上で洗浄し、<1000μS/cmの導電度にし、その後に75℃で乾燥させた。乾燥した固体は2mmのシーブを介し、かつ<0.5mmの微粉画分について濾別した。
BET:304m2/g
吸着率(吸着試験):1.1%;
2コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):167FNU;
5コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):152FNU;
含水率:11.4%;
かさ密度:1.0g/cm3;
120分後のAs(V)吸着率:64.3%;
流れ試験:流れあり;
相:場合により不良な結晶質δ−FeOOH。
Fe2(SO4)3溶液(107g/l) 12.2lを装填し、撹拌しながら70℃で加熱し、かつ30分に亘って、NaOH溶液(100g/l) 9.01lと一緒に混合し、pH5にした。さらにバッチを30分に亘って撹拌した。5lの懸濁液を吸引フィルター上で洗浄し、<1000μS/cmの導電度にし、その後に75℃で乾燥させた。乾燥した固体について2mmの篩いに通し、微粉画分<0.5mmを濾別した。
BET:312m2/g;
吸着率(吸着試験):0.7%
2コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):135FNU;
5コース終了後の濁度(濁度試験):139FNU;
含水率:12.7%;
かさ密度:0.89g/cm3;
120分後のAs(V)吸着率:81.4%;

相:X−線 非晶質。
脱イオン水 956lを撹拌式反応器中に装填し、撹拌しながら、FeClSO4溶液(FeClSO4 40.73%含有) 280kgを添加し、かつ溶液を50℃で加熱した。その後に溶液をNaOHで(100g/l)、25〜30kg/分でpH5.0で沈殿させ、さらに30分に亘って撹拌させた。懸濁液をフィルタープレス上で洗浄し、<1000μS/cmの導電度にし、その後に循環空気乾燥キャビネット中で、75℃で乾燥させた。乾燥固体は2mmの篩いを通し、かつ微粉画分<0.5mmを濾別した。

Claims (2)
- 明細書中で定義された濁度試験によって<600FNUの濁度を有する、本質的に酸化鉄および/またはオキシ水酸化鉄から成る粒子。
- 汚染物質および/または重金属、たとえばリン酸塩およびアンチモン、ベリリウム、セレン、テルル、硫黄、シアニドおよびヒ素の化合物を、流動性媒体、たとえばガスおよび/または液体、たとえば水または廃水から除去するための、請求項1に記載の粒子の使用。
