Abstract
【解決手段】 流出入口を有する両端部で支持される少なくとも一本のフローチューブ3と、そのフローチューブ3を交番駆動させる駆動装置4と、フローチューブ3に作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差を検出する一対の振動検出センサ5、5と、を備えてコリオリ流量計1を構成する。また、一つの駆動装置4でフローチューブ3を三次モード振動させるために、駆動装置4を三次モード振動により生じる三つの腹H1〜H3のうち、中央の腹H2に位置するように配置するとともに、振動検出センサ5、5を腹H1、H3に配置し、さらには、駆動装置4の変位極性と振動検出センサ5、5の変位極性とを互いに逆相の関係となるようにするとともに、励振回路部9をその正帰還ループ上で上記逆相の関係となった各変位極性を互いに同相の関係となるように変換する。

Claims (3)
- 流出入口を有する両端部で支持される少なくとも一本のフローチューブと、該フローチューブを交番駆動させる駆動装置と、前記フローチューブに作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差を検出する一対の振動検出センサと、を備えたコリオリ流量計であって、
前記駆動装置一つで前記フローチューブを三次モード振動させるに於いて、前記駆動装置を前記三次モード振動により生じる三つの腹のうち、中央の腹に位置するように配置するとともに、前記振動検出センサを前記中央の腹を除く前後の腹に配置し、さらには、前記駆動装置の変位極性と前記振動検出センサの変位極性とを互いに逆相の関係となるようにするとともに、前記三次モード振動を励振する励振回路部をその正帰還ループ上で前記逆相の関係となった各前記変位極性を互いに同相の関係となるように変換する構成とした
ことを特徴とする三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1に記載の三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計において、
前記正帰還ループ上で各前記変位極性を前記同相の関係とするため、入力線、信号線等の電線を逆に結線又はインバータを介する構成とした
ことを特徴とする三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計において、
前記駆動装置及び前記振動検出センサの構成をコイルとマグネットとを備えるものとするとともに、前記コイルを前記フローチューブとは別の静止部材に配置し、さらには前記マグネットを前記フローチューブに配置した
ことを特徴とする三次モード振動式コリオリ流量計。
