Claims (5)
- 第一軸に対して対称形状となる湾曲管からなり且つ流出入口が形成される両端部で支持される少なくとも一本のフローチューブと、
支持位置を結ぶ第二軸を中心に前記フローチューブを回転方向に交番駆動する駆動装置と、
該駆動装置の左右両側の対称位置に取り付けられて前記フローチューブに作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差を検出する一対の振動検出センサと、
を備えたコリオリ流量計であって、
前記駆動装置を前記第一軸上に配置するとともに、前記フローチューブを前記回転方向に交番駆動する一対の第二駆動装置を更に備えて該一対の第二駆動装置を前記駆動装置の左右両側の対称位置に配置し、且つ、
前記一対の第二駆動装置同士を同相で駆動するとともに、前記駆動装置と前記一対の第二駆動装置とを逆相で駆動するようにした
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1に記載のコリオリ流量計において、
前記振動検出センサを前記駆動装置と前記第二駆動装置との間に配置した
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1に記載のコリオリ流量計において、
前記振動検出センサを前記第二駆動装置と前記流出入口との間に配置した
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3いずれか記載のコリオリ流量計において、
前記フローチューブを直線部と該直線部の両端に連続する一対の脚部とを有する門型形状に形成するとともに、前記駆動装置と前記第二駆動装置とを前記直線部に沿って配置した
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4いずれか記載のコリオリ流量計において、
前記振動検出センサをコイルとマグネットとを備えて構成するとともに、前記コイルを前記フローチューブに対して平行な静止部材に配置し、さらには前記マグネットを前記フローチューブに配置した
ことを特徴とするコリオリ流量計。
