Claims (3)
- 유출입구를 가지는 양단부에서 지지되는 적어도 한 개의 플로우 튜브와, 상기 플로우 튜브를 교대로 구동시키는 구동장치와, 상기 플로우 튜브에 작용하는 코리올리 힘에 비례한 위상차를 검출하는 한 쌍의 진동검출센서를 구비한 코리올리유량계로서,상기 구동장치를 1개를 이용하여 상기 플로우 튜브를 3차 모드 진동시키는 데 있어서, 상기 플로우 튜브에 상기 3차 모드 진동에 의하여 발생하는 진동파의 3개의 배 가운데, 중앙의 배에 위치하도록 배치하는 동시에, 상기 진동검출센서를 상기 3차 모드로 진동하는 상기 플로우 튜브의 3개의 배 가운데, 중앙의 배를 제외한 2개의 배에 배치하고, 또, 상기 구동장치의 변위극성과 상기 진동검출센서의 변위극성을 서로 역상의 관계가 되도록 하는 동시에, 상기 플로우 튜브의 3차 모드 진동을 여진하는 여진회로부와 상기 진동검출센서와의 정귀환 루프상에서, 상기 플로우 튜브의 3차 모드 진동을 여진하는 여진회로부를, 상기 역상의 관계가 된 상기 각 변위극성을 서로 동일한 상의 관계가 되는 변위극성으로 변환하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 3차 모드 진동식 코리올리 유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플로우 튜브의 3차 모드 진동을 여진하는 여진회로부와 상기 진동 검출센서와의 상기 정귀환 루프상에서, 상기 각 변위극성을 서로 동일한 상의 관계가 되도록 변환하기 위하여, 입력선, 신호선 등의 전선을 거꾸로 결선 또는 인버터를 통해서 실시하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 3차 모드 진동식 코리올리 유량계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 구동장치를 코일과 마그넷을 구비하여 구성하고, 상기 진동검출 센서의 구성을 코일과 마그넷을 구비하여 구성하며, 각각 상기 코일을 상기 플로우 튜브와는 다른 정지부재에 배치하고, 상기 마그넷을 상기 플로우 튜브에 배치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 3차 모드 진동식 코리올리 유량계.
