Abstract
【解決手段】金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を構成する金属の錯イオンを含む溶液中にカーボン粒子を分散させて、該金属の錯イオンをカーボン粒子に吸着させた後、乾燥させることにより、カーボン粒子表面に金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を析出させる。これにより、平均粒子径が0.1〜2nmである金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を担持した、平均粒子径10〜80nmの微粒子担持カーボン粒子を得る。

Description
(1)金属コロイド粒子を担体に吸着させる方法。
(2)金属塩水溶液中に担体粒子を分散させ、アルカリ剤により金属水酸化物を担体表面に沈着させる方法。
(3)あらかじめ微粒子を分散させた微粒子分散液から、微粒子を担体表面に固着させる方法。
塩化モリブデン11.34gを水500mlに溶解させた以外は、実施例1と同様にしてクロロアクアモリブデン錯イオンを含む水溶液を調整し、バルカンXC−72を4g分散させ吸着させた後、乾燥、加熱処理を施し、酸化モリブデン担持カーボン粒子を得た。
塩化モリブデン1.89gを水500mlに溶解し、この塩化モリブデン溶液に9gのバルカンXC−72を分散させ、攪拌しながら、pH6になるまで水酸化ナトリウム溶液を加え、カーボン粒子表面に水酸化モリブデンを析出させた。これを、さらに2時間攪拌した後、乾燥、加熱処理を施し、酸化モリブデン担持カーボン粒子を得た。
Claims (4)
- 平均粒子径が0.1〜2nmである金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を担持した、平均粒子径10〜80nmの微粒子担持カーボン粒子。
- 担持された金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子の量(担持量)が1〜40重量%である、請求項1記載の微粒子担持カーボン粒子。
- 請求項1または2に記載した微粒子担持カーボン粒子を製造するに当たり、
前記金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を構成する金属の錯イオンを含む溶液中にカーボン粒子を分散させて、該金属の錯イオンをカーボン粒子に吸着させることを特徴とする微粒子担持カーボン粒子の製造方法。 - 請求項1または2に記載した微粒子担持カーボン粒子を製造するに当たり、
前記金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を構成する金属の錯イオンを含む溶液中にカーボン粒子を分散させて、該金属の錯イオンをカーボン粒子に吸着させた後、乾燥させることにより、カーボン粒子表面に金属酸化物微粒子あるいは金属水酸化物微粒子を析出させ、担持させることを特徴とする微粒子担持カーボン粒子の製造方法。
