Abstract
【解決手段】この試験管の検知方法は、試験管1を挟んで赤外線を照射する赤外線照射素子11aと該赤外線照射素子からの赤外線を受光する赤外線受光素子11bとを対向して設けた第1の検知手段11と、試験管1を挟んで第1の検知手段11の赤外線と異なる波長の赤外線を照射する赤外線照射素子12aと該赤外線照射素子からの赤外線を受光する赤外線受光素子12bとを対向して設けた第2の検知手段12とを備え、前記試験管1と前記両検知手段11,12とを相対的に上下方向に移動して、第1の検知手段11で栓とシリコン分離剤の位置を検知し、第2の検知手段12で空気と血清及び血餅の位置を検知することを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 血清と血餅とがシリコン分離剤によって分離され、血清と栓との間に空気が封入された状態の血液検体が収容された試験管の検知方法において、
前記試験管を挟んで赤外線を照射する赤外線照射素子と該赤外線照射素子からの赤外線を受光する赤外線受光素子とを対向して設けた第1の検知手段と、
前記試験管を挟んで前記第1の検知手段の赤外線と異なる波長の赤外線を照射する赤外線照射素子と該赤外線照射素子からの赤外線を受光する赤外線受光素子とを対向して設けた第2の検知手段とを備え、
前記試験管と前記両検知手段とを相対的に上下方向に移動して前記第1の検知手段で栓とシリコン分離剤の位置を検知し、前記第2の検知手段で空気と血清及び血餅の位置を検知することを特徴とする試験管の検知方法。 - 前記第1の検知手段は、波長が600〜800nmの赤外線を照射及び受光し、前記第2の検知手段は、波長が1400〜1700nmの赤外線を照射及び受光することを特徴とする請求項1記載の試験管の検知方法。
- 血清と血餅とがシリコン分離剤によって分離され、血清と栓との間に空気が封入された状態の血液検体が収容された試験管の検知装置において、
前記試験管を垂直状態に保持する保持装置と、
前記試験管を挟んで赤外線を照射する赤外線照射素子と該赤外線照射素子からの赤外線を受光する赤外線受光素子とを対向して設けた、前記栓とシリコン分離剤の位置を検知する第1の検知装置と、
前記試験管を挟んで前記第1の検知装置の赤外線と異なる波長の赤外線を照射する赤外線照射素子と該赤外線照射素子からの赤外線を受光する赤外線受光素子とを対向して設けた、前記空気と血清及び血餅の位置を検知する第2の検知装置と、
前記試験管と前記両検知装置とを相対的に上下方向に移動する駆動装置と、
を具備したことを特徴とする試験管の検知装置。 - 前記第1の検知装置と第2の検知装置は、試験管の上下方向に高低差を持って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の試験管の検知装置。
- 前記第1の検知装置と第2の検知装置は、試験管の上下方向の同一平面内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の試験管の検知装置。
