Claims (10)
- 層を有する検体が収容された検体容器に対して、当該検体容器の側面から光を照射する照射部と、
前記照射部から照射された光が前記検体容器を透過した透過光を受光する受光部と、
前記受光部で受光した透過光の受光量から、前記検体容器内に収容された前記検体の前記層の境界面を求める解析部と、
を有する液面検知装置であって、
前記検体容器と前記照射部および前記受光部とを相対的に上下方向に移動させる第一駆動部と、
前記検体容器と前記照射部および前記受光部とを相対的に当該検体容器の円周方向に移動させる第二駆動部と、
前記第一駆動部と前記第二駆動部とを制御する制御部と、
を有し、
前記制御部は、第1の照射角度と、当該第1の照射角度とは異なる第2の照射角度とにおいて、前記照射部が前記検体容器に対して前記光を照射し、当該光が前記検体容器を透過した透過光を前記受光部が受光するように、前記第二駆動部を制御し、
前記解析部は、前記容器内の層を形成するセパレータの種類または前記セパレータの有無の少なくとも一方に基づいて選択された解析方法により、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける透過光の受光量に基づいて、前記検体の前記層の境界面を求める液面検知装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記制御部が、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおいて、前記照射部が前記検体容器に対して上下方向に前記光を照射し、当該光が前記検体容器を透過した透過光を前記受光部が受光するように前記第一駆動部を制御し、
前記解析部が、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける、前記上下方向での前記透過光の受光量の変化に基づいて、前記検体の前記層の境界面を求める
液面検知装置。 - 請求項2に記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記セパレータは、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度で透過光の受光量の変化が小さい第1セパレータと、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度で透過光の受光量の変化が大きい第2セパレータとを有し、
前記セパレータが第1セパレータの場合またはセパレータがない場合は、前記解析部が、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける、前記上下方向での前記透過光の受光量の変化に基づいて、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける前記境界面を求め、求められた前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける前記境界面を比較し、前記境界面の最高位置または最低位置を求め、
前記セパレータが第2セパレータの場合は、前記解析部が、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける、前記上下方向での前記透過光の受光量の変化を比較し、前記受光量の変化が最も大きい測定データから前記境界面を求める液面検知装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記解析部が、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける、前記上下方向での前記透過光の受光量の変化に基づいて、前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける前記境界面を求め、求められた前記第1の照射角度と前記第2の照射角度とにおける前記境界面の平均点を求める液面検知装置。 - 請求項4の液面検知装置であって、
前記解析部は、前記境界面の最低位置から最高位置までの受光量の和に基づいて、受光量の割合から前記境界面の平均位置を求める液面検知装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記第一駆動部が、検体容器を上下方向に移動させる液面検知装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記第二駆動部が、検体容器を回転させる液面検知装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記第一駆動部が、前記照射部を検体容器の上下方向に移動させる液面検知装置。 - 請求項1乃至5または請求項8のいずれかに記載の液面検知装置であって、
前記第二駆動部が、前記照射部を回転させる液面検知装置。 - 請求項3に記載の液面検知装置であって、
第1セパレータは、少なくともゲルまたはビーズのいずれか一方であり、
第2セパレータは、メカニカルセパレータである液面検知装置。
