Abstract
【解決手段】 この油圧制御回路は、油圧モータ2にコントロール弁3を介して作動油を供給する油圧ポンプ1と、メインリリーフ弁4と、コントローラ15とを備え、このコントローラ15は、さらに圧力センサ9で検出した油圧ポンプ1の吐出圧に基づく圧力フィードバック制御を行うように油圧ポンプ1にポンプ流量指令を発する第1指令部と、圧力センサ13で検出したパイロット圧に基づくポジティブ制御を行うように油圧ポンプ1にポンプ流量指令を発する第2指令部と、油圧ポンプ1の吐出流量が小さくなる方のポンプ流量指令を選択する選択部とを備え、その選択されたポンプ流量指令で油圧ポンプ1を制御することにより、メインリリーフ弁4の開閉制御を行うように構成されている。

Claims (7)
- 油圧アクチュエータにコントロール弁を介して作動油を供給する油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプの吐出側に設置され、上記油圧ポンプのポンプ流量に応じて変化するポンプ吐出圧が所定圧を超えたときに開状態となり、上記ポンプ吐出圧が所定圧以下となったときに閉状態となるリリーフ機構とを備えた作業機械の油圧制御回路において、
作業情報に基づいて上記ポンプ流量を制御する通常制御手段と、
上記ポンプ吐出圧に基づいて上記ポンプ流量を制御する圧力フィードバック制御手段とを備え、
上記両制御手段による制御のうち上記ポンプ流量が小さくなる方の制御を選択することにより、上記リリーフ機構の開閉制御を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御回路。 - 上記リリーフ機構はリリーフ弁であり、上記ポンプ吐出圧についての所定圧は、リリーフ弁のクラッキング圧以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の作業機械の油圧制御回路。
- 上記リリーフ機構はリリーフ弁であり、ポンプ吐出圧についての所定圧は、上記リリーフ弁の最大リリーフ圧とクラッキング圧との間の圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の作業機械の油圧制御回路。
- 上記リリーフ機構はリリーフ弁であって、油圧アクチュエータの加速時には上記リリーフ弁のクラッキング圧が上昇し、油圧アクチュエータの減速時には上記リリーフ弁のクラッキング圧が低下するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の作業機械の油圧制御回路。
- 上記通常制御手段を複数種類備え、上記圧力フィードバック制御手段をオンオフ選択可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の作業機械の油圧制御回路。
- 第1のモードと第2のモードとを切替えるためのモード切替スイッチを備え、上記第1のモードに切替えられたときには上記圧力フィードバック制御手段をオン選択し、上記第2のモードに切替えられたときには上記圧力フィードバック制御手段をオフ選択するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の作業機械の油圧制御回路。
- 車体の傾斜角を検出する角度検出手段を備え、この傾斜角が設定値以下のときには上記圧力フィードバック制御手段をオン選択し、上記傾斜角が設定値を超えるときには上記圧力フィードバック制御手段をオフ選択するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の作業機械の油圧制御回路。
