Abstract
【解決手段】受光面を有する太陽電池モジュールであって、太陽電池モジュールの内部に配列され、光が入射すると光電変換効果によって光起電力を生ずる光入射面Pを有するとともに、少なくともこの光入射面Pの側に出力取出電極5aを備えた、複数の光電変換素子1と、一の光電変換素子1の出力取出電極5aと他の光電変換素子1の出力取出電極4aとを電気的に接続する導電性の材質からなるタブ6と、を具備し、タブ6は複数の貫通穴6aを有するとともに、太陽電池モジュールの受光面側から、これらの貫通穴6aを通して光電変換素子1の光入射面Pを視認可能となるように配置される。

Description
最初に半導体基板として、p型シリコン基板を用意する。図3(a)中、少なくともp型バルク領域2は基板に含まれる。このときp型化ドーピング元素としてはBを用いることが望ましく、濃度は1×1016〜1×1017/cm3程度とし、このとき基板の比抵抗値は0.2〜2Ω・cm程度となる。
次に本発明にかかる太陽電池モジュールを形成するプロセスについて、図3(b)を用いて説明する。

Claims (4)
- 受光面を有する太陽電池モジュールであって、
前記太陽電池モジュールの内部に配列された、光入射面を有する複数の光電変換素子であって、この光入射面に光が入射すると光電変換効果によって光起電力を生ずるとともに、少なくともこの光入射面の側に出力取出電極を備えた、複数の光電変換素子と、
一の光電変換素子の出力取出電極と他の光電変換素子の出力取出電極とを電気的に接続する導電性の材質からなるタブと、を具備し、
前記タブは、複数の貫通穴を有するともに、前記太陽電池モジュールの前記受光面側から、これらの貫通穴を通して前記光電変換素子の前記光入射面を視認可能となるように配置された太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記出力取出電極は、フィンガー部と、このフィンガー部の少なくとも一端部が接続されたバスバー部と、を含むとともに、前記タブは、前記バスバー部の長手方向に対して、略同一方向となるように接続された請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記バスバー部は、その長手方向に対して複数に分割され、これらの間隙に、前記タブの前記貫通穴を通して視認可能とした前記光電変換素子の前記光入射面を設けた請求項1または請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記分割されたバスバー部同士を部分的に接続するバスバー間接続部を設けた請求項3に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
