Abstract
【解決手段】引張強度が850MPa以上でシーム溶接を内外面から行う溶接鋼管において、鋼管の内外面で先行する溶接金属のフュージョンラインまでの高さ:Wiと内外面で追従する溶接金属のフュージョンラインまでの高さ:Woとの比が、0.6≦Wo/Wi≦1.0、または1.7≦Wo/Wi≦2.5であることを特徴とする溶接金属の脆化割れ性に優れた溶接鋼管。

であることを特徴とする溶接金属の脆化割れ性に優れた溶接鋼管である。
Wo/Wi≦1.0、または 1.7≦Wo/Wi
でピーク応力は750MPaを下回り、水素割れが発生しないことが予見できた。
Wo/Wi≦1.0、または 1.7≦Wo/Wi
と予見された。
Wo/Wi≦0.6、または2.5≦Wo/Wi
の範囲では低値発生確率が上昇することがわかった。
0.6≦Wo/Wi≦1.0、または 1.7≦Wo/Wi≦2.5
に設定することが最適であるという結論に至った。

- 引張強度が850MPa以上でシーム溶接を内外面から行う溶接鋼管において、前記鋼管の内外面で先行する溶接金属のフュージョンラインまでの高さ:Wiと前記内外面で追従する溶接金属のフュージョンラインまでの高さ:Woとの比が、
0.6≦Wo/Wi≦1.0、または 1.7≦Wo/Wi≦2.5
であることを特徴とする溶接金属の脆化割れ性に優れた溶接鋼管。
