Abstract
【構成】 ナフサの熱分解によるオレフィン類製造設備で得られたエチレンとメタノール又は/及びジメチメエーテルを含むガスとを、触媒の存在下に反応させてプロピレンを製造すると共に、反応生成物を、オレフィン類製造設備における脱メタン塔又は/及び脱エタン塔又は/及び脱プロパン塔に導入するプロピレンの製造方法。

Claims (5)
- ナフサの熱分解によるオレフィン類製造設備で得られたエチレンとメタノール又は/及びジメチルエーテルを含むガスとを、触媒の存在下に反応させてプロピレンを製造すると共に、反応生成物を、オレフィン類製造設備における脱メタン塔又は/及び脱エタン塔又は/及び脱プロパン塔に導入することを特徴とするプロピレンの製造方法。
- エチレンのモル数を、メタノールのモル数、又はジメチルエーテルのモル数の1/2、又は両者の合計モル数、に対して1超過として、メタノールのモル数、又はジメチルエーテルのモル数の1/2、又は両者の合計モル数、に対するモル比で0.40以上の収率でプロピレンを得る請求項1に記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
- 触媒を固体酸触媒とする請求項1又は2に記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
- 固体酸触媒を、結晶性燐酸アルミニウム類、SiO2 /Al2 O3 のモル比が10超過の結晶性アルミノシリケート類、及びメタロシリケート類からなる群より選択されたいずれかとする請求項3に記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
- 反応系中に、エチレンのモル数に対するモル比で0.025以上の水分を存在させる請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロピレンの製造方法。
