Description
ここでMeはカチオンであって、xは約2〜無限大の値を有し、nはカチオン価数、そしてyは約2〜100以上、より通常には約2〜25の値を有する。

Claims (10)
- メタノール供給原料をプロピレンに選択的に転化するための連続的プロセスであって、前記プロセスが:
a) メタノール供給原料を、第1反応帯で、DME含有流出ストリームを生成し、また供給原料がプロピレンに転化される際に、後続のプロピレン合成ステップから放出される反応熱の少なくとも10%を、このエーテル化ステップにシフトし、それによって前記DME含有流出ストリームを250−450℃の温度まで加熱して、転化されたメタノール1モルに対して少なくとも0.5モルの量の副生水を生成するのに有効なエーテル化条件下で、酸性アルミナ触媒と接触させるステップと;
b) 生成されたDME含有流出液の温度を375−525℃の範囲に調整し、そしてそれに希釈剤を加えて、DME、未反応メタノール及び希釈剤の加熱混合物を生成するステップと;
c) 生成された加熱混合物を、少なくとも3つの移動床反応器を含む第2反応帯において、モレキュラーシーブを含み、そこに含まれるオキシジェネレートをC3オレフィンに転化し、またC2及びC4+オレフィンをC3オレフィンに相互転化する能力を有する二元機能触媒粒子で反応させ、ここで前記反応帯のそれぞれが、混合物に含まれるオキシジェネレートをプロピレンに転化するのに有効なオキシジェネレート転化条件で、また結果的に第2反応帯を通じての触媒オンストリームサイクル時間が300時間以下になるように選択される触媒循環速度で稼動し、多量のC3オレフィン生成物及び水、それよりも少ない量のC2オレフィン、C4+オレフィン、及びC1−C4+飽和炭化水素及び少量の未反応オキシジェネレート、副生成物オキシジェネレート及び芳香族炭化水素を含むプロピレン含有流出ストリームを生成し、さらに前記移動床反応器がそこへの加熱混合物の流れとそこを通じて通過する前記触媒ストリームに対して直列流れ構成で接続されているステップと;
d) プロピレン含有流出ストリームを分離帯へと通過させ、そこでこの流出ストリームを冷却し、そしてC3オレフィンを豊富に含む気体留分、未反応オキシジェネレート及び副生成物オキシジェネレートを含む水留分及び重質オレフィン、重質飽和炭化水素及び少量の芳香族炭化水素を含む液状炭化水素留分とに分離するステップと;
e) ステップd)にて回収された水留分の少なくとも一部をステップb)へと再循環させ、そこに加えられる希釈剤の少なくとも一部を提供するステップと;
f) 気体留分を、C2オレフィンを豊富に含んだ留分、C3オレフィンを豊富に含んだ生成物留分及びC4+オレフィンを豊富に含んだ留分に分離するステップと;
g) 前記C2オレフィンを豊富に含んだ留分又はC4+オレフィンを豊富に含んだ留分又はこれらの留分の混合物の少なくとも一部をステップc)へと再循環させるステップと;そして
h) 第2反応帯から、コークス含有二元機能触媒粒子を回収し、前記回収された触媒粒子を再生帯で酸化再生処理し、そして再生触媒粒子のストリームを第2反応帯へと再循環させるステップと
で構成されることを特徴とする連続的プロセス。 - 前記二元機能触媒がゼオライト系モレキュラーシーブを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記ゼオライト系モレキュラーシーブがZSM-5に対応する構造を有していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記二元機能触媒がELAPOモレキュラーシーブを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記ELAPOモレキュラーシーブが、SAPO-34に対応する構造を有するSAPO物質であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記二元機能触媒がゼオライト系モレキュラーシーブとELAPOモレキュラーシーブの混合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続的プロセス。
- ステップd)で分離された前記液状炭化水素留分がさらにC 4 -C 6 オレフィンを豊富に含む留分とナフサ生成物留分に分離されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記C 4 −C 6 オレフィンを豊富に含む留分の少なくとも一部がステップc)に再循環されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記C2オレフィンを豊富に含む留分、ステップf)で分離された前記C4+オレフィンを豊富に含む留分及び前記液状炭化水素留分を前記C4−C6オレフィンを豊富に含む留分及びナフサ生成物留分に分離することで得られるC4−C6オレフィンを豊富に含む留分の少なくとも一部が、ステップc)に再循環されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続的プロセス。
- 前記エーテル化ステップで用いられる前記酸性アルミナ触媒がガンマ・アルミナであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の連続的プロセス。
