Abstract
【解決手段】通気性多孔質膜3の周端縁を保持する環状凸形のスライド金型を備えた金型を用いて、ケース部材成形用のキャビティ内に溶融樹脂を射出した後、スライド金型を下降させることにより、開口2の一方の周囲に二重環状の突条5あるいは環状の凹溝を形成し、この部分で前記通気性多孔質膜3の周縁を、開口2内周の樹脂に埋設し、開口2が通気性多孔質膜3で塞がれたケース部材1とした。

Claims (2)
- 通気性多孔質膜で塞がれた開口を有し、各種電気・電子機器を収納するための筐体を構成する樹脂製のケース部材において、
上記開口の一方の周囲に、通気性多孔質膜をインサート成形する際に、その周端縁を保持した環状凸形のスライド金型の移動に伴う二重環状の突条あるいは環状の凹溝が形成されていることを特徴とするケース部材。 - 上記通気性多孔質膜の表面に、開口の内端に連続したスポーク状の補強リブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のケース部材。
