Abstract
【構成】一対の発振用増幅器の入出力間を高周波伝送路で接続し、前記一対の発振用増幅器の入力間と出力間に前記高周波伝送路との電磁結合体を設けて、基本波f0に対して互いに逆相発振となる2つの発振系を形成し、前記基本波f0の偶数次倍調波を得るとともに前記2つの発振系にf0/n(但し、nは整数)となる同期信号を注入してなる高周波発振器において、前記同期信号は高調波成分を高める非線形回路を経た後、前記2つの発振系に電磁結合して前記同期信号f0/nの高調波成分f0又は2f0が通過するフィルタを経て注入された構成とする。

Claims (4)
- 一対の発振用増幅器の入出力間を高周波伝送路で接続し、前記一対の発振用増幅器の入力間と出力間に前記高周波伝送路との電磁結合体を設けて、基本波f0に対して互いに逆相発振となる2つの発振系を形成し、前記基本波f0の偶数次倍調波を得るとともに前記2つの発振系にf0/n(但し、nは整数)となる同期信号を注入してなる注入同期高周波発振器において、前記同期信号は高調波成分を高める非線形回路を経た後、前記2つの発振系に電磁結合して前記同期信号f0/nの高調波成分f0又は2f0が通過するフィルタを経て注入されたことを特徴とする高周波発振器。
- 前記高周波成分f0は前記2つの発振系に逆相で注入された請求項1の高周波発振器。
- 前記高周波成分2f0は前記2つの発振系に同相で注入された請求項1の高周波発振器。
- 前記非線形回路はステップリカバリー回路である請求項1の高周波発振器。
