Abstract
【解決手段】 前記のような目的を達成するため本発明に係る冷蔵庫は、本体と、前記本体内部に装着され冷気を送風する送風ファンと、前記本体内部を冷凍室と冷蔵室に区画するバリアと、前記冷蔵室内部に設けられる製氷装置と、前記製氷装置と連結され且つ前記送風ファンにより送風される冷気が流れる冷凍ダクトと、前記冷蔵室と連通され且つ前記送風ファンにより送風される冷気が流れる冷蔵ダクトと、前記製氷装置から吐出される冷気が流れる冷気帰還ダクトと、前記冷気帰還ダクトから吐出される冷気と熱交換する蒸発器と、を含む。

Description
図1は本発明の思想に係る冷気流路装置が具備される冷蔵庫を示す断面図であり、図2は図1のA部分の拡大斜視図である。
図3を参照すると、本発明に係る冷蔵庫100内部では前記蒸発器130により低温状態になった冷気は前記送風ファン120により送風される。
図4は本発明の思想に係る冷気流路構造を備えた冷蔵庫のまた別の実施例を示す断面図であり、図5は前記冷蔵庫内部を循環する冷気の流動を示す断面図である。
図6は本発明の思想に係る冷気流路を備えた冷蔵庫のさらに別の実施例を示す内部斜視図であり、図7は前記冷蔵庫内で起こる冷気の循環状態を示す断面図である。
その他本発明に係る構成要素は前述したものと同一である。
図8は本発明の思想に係る冷気循環流路を備えた冷蔵庫のさらに別の実施例を示す内部斜視図であり、図9は前記冷蔵庫内で起こる冷気の循環流路を示す断面図である。
図8及び図9を参照すると、本発明に係る冷気循環流路を備えた冷蔵庫100は冷蔵室と冷凍室を上下に分離するバリア180と、前記バリア内部に長く形成され断熱ケース211の上部と連結される冷凍ダクト360と、製氷チェンバー内を循環する冷気が蒸発器130に再流入されるように前記バリア180内部を貫通して形成される冷気帰還ダクト370と、一側端部が前記製氷チェンバー210の側面に連結され、他側端部が前記冷気帰還ダクト370と連結される連結ダクト380と、送風ファン120により送風される冷気の一部が冷蔵室に流入されるようにする冷蔵ダクト161と、が含まれる。
図10は本発明の思想に係る冷気循環構造のさらに別の実施例を示す冷蔵庫の内部斜視図であり、図11は前記冷蔵庫内部で起こる冷気の循環状態を示す断面図である。
以下、前記のような冷気循環構造を成す本発明に係る冷蔵庫100内で起こる冷気の循環に対して説明する。

Claims (18)
- 本体と、前記本体内部に装着され本体内部の空気と熱交換する蒸発器と、前記蒸発器を経ながら温度が下降した冷気を送風する送風ファンと、前記本体内部を冷凍室と冷蔵室に区画するバリアと、が含まれる冷蔵庫において、
前記冷蔵室内部に設けられる製氷装置と、
前記製氷装置と連結され、前記送風ファンにより送風される冷気が流れる冷凍ダクトと、
前記冷蔵室と連通され、前記送風ファンにより送風される冷気が流れる冷蔵ダクトと、
前記製氷装置から吐出される冷気が前記蒸発器に再流入されるようにする冷気帰還ダクトと、を含むことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記冷凍ダクトは前記バリアの上側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記バリアの内部を貫通し前記冷凍ダクトと前記製氷装置を連結するガイドダクトを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記製氷装置の一方の側に形成され前記製氷装置内部を循環する冷気が前記冷蔵室に吐出されるようにする吐出ダクトを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷気帰還ダクトは前記バリア内部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷気帰還ダクトの端部は前記冷蔵室と連通されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記製氷装置は冷蔵室ドア内側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記製氷装置は、
アイスメーカーと、
前記アイスメーカーで製造された氷が貯蔵されるアイスバンクと、
前記アイスメーカー及びアイスバンクを収容する製氷チェンバーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記製氷チェンバーは、
断熱ケースと、
前記断熱ケースと冷蔵室ドアが断熱されるようにする断熱蓋体を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記製氷チェンバーは、
一方の側に冷気流入口及び冷気吐出口のいずれか一方が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記製氷装置は、
製造された氷が冷蔵庫外部に取出されるようにする取出口と、
前記取出口と連結されるアイスシュートと、
前記アイスシュートを通して取出される氷が収容されるディスペンサーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。 - 前記バリアを貫通し前記製氷装置内の冷気が前記冷凍室に吐出されるようにするダクトを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷凍ダクトは前記バリア内部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷気帰還ダクトは一端が前記製氷装置と連結され、他端が前記蒸発器と連通されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記製氷装置の一側面と前記冷気帰還ダクトの一端を連結する連結ダクトを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記連結ダクトは前記冷蔵室の内側面に沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記製氷装置と前記連結ダクトを連結する冷気吐出口及び冷気吐出ダクトのいずれか一方を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記冷気帰還ダクトは一側が前記製氷装置の側面に連結され、他側が前記蒸発器と直接連通され、前記冷蔵室の側面に沿って形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
