Abstract
【解決手段】

Claims (10)
- X線ビームを発生させる方法であって、
陰極(104)を作動させて電子ビーム(108)を発生させる段階と、
前記陰極からの前記電子ビーム(108)を加速電極(102)の選択可能な形状の開口(122)を通して配向する段階と、
前記電子ビーム(108)を陽極(112)表面上に小角度で衝突させて前記陽極表面上に焦点(110)を形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記小角度が最大で約20度である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電子ビーム(108)を発生させる陰極(104)と、
前記陰極からの電子ビームが通過する選択可能な形状の開口(122)を含む加速電極(102)と、
前記電子ビームが小角度で衝突するように位置付けられた陽極(112)と、
を備えるX線源。 - 前記小角度が最大で約20度である請求項3に記載のX線源。
- 前記陽極(112)がディスク形状を含み、前記ディスク形状が外周(116)と内周(118)と中央凹部(120)とによって定められ、該中央凹部が加速電極(102)を収容する請求項3に記載のX線源。
- ガントリと、検出器と、前記ガントリに結合されたX線源とを含むイメージングシステムであって、前記X線源がX線ビームを画像平面に沿って前記検出器の方向へ放射するよう構成され、前記X線源が、電子ビームを発生させる陰極と、前記陰極からの電子ビームが通過する選択可能な形状の開口を含む加速電極と、前記電子ビームが小角度で衝突するように位置付けられた陽極とを含むイメージングシステム。
- 前記小角度が最大で約20度である請求項6に記載の画像システム。
- 前記陽極がディスク形状を含み、該ディスク形状が外周と内周と前記加速電極を収容する中央凹部とによって定めらされる請求項6に記載の画像システム。
- X線源であって、
電子ビームを発生させる手段(104)と、
前記電子ビームの電子を前記発生手段から離れるように加速する手段(102)と、
前記電子ビームが小角度で衝突する時にX線を発生させる手段(112)と、
を含むX線源。 - 前記小角度が最大で約20度である請求項9に記載のX線源。
