Abstract
【解決手段】 上ケース3と下ケース4からなる電池パック1のケース内に、複数個の角形の電池セル5を、電池セル5間に隙間を設けて積層した状態で支える仕切り部材2を備え、電気的に並列される電池セル5bと電池セル5cとの間を絶縁する絶縁部材を仕切り部材2に設ける。仕切り部材2に、電池セル5、正極タブ6、負極タブ7、中間タブ8、上ケース3および下ケース4の位置決めを行うガイドを設ける。

Claims (7)
- ケース内に複数個の角形の電池セルを収容する電池パックにおいて、
複数個の角形の電池セルを、電池セル間に隙間を設けて積層した状態で支える仕切り部材を有し、
少なくとも電気的に並列に接続される電池セル間を絶縁する絶縁部材が上記仕切り部材に設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1において、
上記仕切り部材は、上記電池セルを上記電池セルの周縁部で支える構造とされており、上記仕切り部材の、上記電池セルの側面との接触面に開口が設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1において、
上記仕切り部材は、上記電池セルを上記電池セルの周縁部で支える構造とされており、上記仕切り部材の、上記電池セルの側面との接触面が中央部に向かって薄くされていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1において、
上記仕切り部材に上記電池セルの位置決め機構が設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1において、
上記仕切り部材に上記電池セルの電気的な接続に用いるタブの位置決め機構が設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1において、
さらに、保護回路を備えた回路基板を有し、上記仕切り部材に上記回路基板の位置決め機構が設けられていることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1において、
上記仕切り部材に上記ケースの位置決め機構が設けられており、上記仕切り部材が上記ケースの内側を支える構造とされていることを特徴とする電池パック。
