Claims (17)
- 電極端子を持つ少なくとも二つの第1及び第2バッテリーセルと、
前記第1及び第2バッテリーセルの周辺を取り囲んで、前記第1及び第2バッテリーセルの電極端子に対応するように少なくとも一つの開口部を持つフレームと、を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーパック。 - 前記フレームは、少なくとも一つの開口部を持つ第1面と対面する第2面には少なくとも一つのノッチを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、前記少なくとも一つのノッチを介して電極タップによって前記バッテリーセルと電気的に連結される保護回路モジュール(PCM)組立体をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、前記フレームの少なくともいずれか一面の少なくとも一つの内面に沿って延長される少なくとも一つのフランジを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、前記フレームの内面で少なくとも一つのフランジの一面とともに結合されるリブをさらに含み、前記リブは前記第1及び第2バッテリーセルの表面に対応する形状を持つことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは前記フレームの内側で前記第1及び第2バッテリーセルを一緒に固定させる接着部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接着部材は、両面テープを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記接着部材は、通孔を取り囲む周辺部を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、前記フレームの少なくともいずれか一面の少なくとも一部の外面に延長された段差部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、前記少なくとも一つの開口部を持つ第1面と対面する第2面に少なくとも一つのノッチを持って、前記段差部は前記第2面の外面で少なくとも一つのノッチまで延長されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、段差部に保護回路モジュール(PCM)組立体の少なくとも一部が具備されるPCM組立体をさらに含み、
前記PCM組立体は少なくとも一つのノッチを介して電極タップによってバッテリーセルと電気的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記フレームは、前記フレームの外面に少なくとも一つの締結突起をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、外部フレームをさらに含み、前記外部フレームは前記外部フレームの内側で前記フレームと第1及び第2バッテリーセルを収納して、前記外部フレームは前記フレームの少なくとも一つの締結突起と締結するために前記外部フレームの内面に少なくとも一つの溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、前記外部フレームを実質的に取り囲むカバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは、前記フレームの内面に案内溝をさらに含み、前記案内溝は第1及び第2バッテリーセルの電解液注入口に対応するように具備されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、第1及び第2バッテリーセルの電解液注入口を密閉するシーリング部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記フレームは一体型フレームであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
