Abstract
【解決手段】 ケーシング内で回動可能に設けられたマグネット20と、マグネット20の磁極と径方向で対向し、マグネット20と共に磁気回路を構成するヨーク21,22と、ヨーク21,22とマグネット20との対向面積に応じた磁束密度の変化を検出するホール素子23とを備え、非磁性導電体の導電パターン27,28を介してヨーク21,22とホール素子23とを電気的に接続して構成される。

Claims (3)
- 複数の導電体間に形成された絶縁空間に配置された半導体装置を備え、
非磁性導電体を介して前記複数の導電体と前記半導体装置の電源の低電位側電極もしくは高電位側電極とを電気的に接続した
ことを特徴とする変位検出装置。 - 前記非磁性導電体は、前記半導体装置が搭載された基板に印刷された導電パターンである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の変位検出装置。 - 複数の導電体間に配置されたマグネットと、
前記マグネットの変位を検出する磁気検出部とを備え、
非磁性導電体を介して前記複数の導電体と前記磁気検出部の電源の低電位側電極もしくは高電位側電極とを電気的に接続した
