Description
Claims (8)
- 筐体(4)と、該筐体内に取り付けたリング形状の磁界検知ユニット(6)と、中央通路(16)とを備えるトロイダル電流変換器であって、前記変換器が、独立部品として設けられる略U字またはV字形の一次導体ユニット(19)を備え、該一次導体ユニットが、誘電体(22)と、該誘電体(22)内にまとめて保持され、測定対象の電流を伝導するように構成された複数の一次導体(20)とを備え、前記誘電体(22)が、前記筐体の前記中央通路(16)を通して挿入され、かつ前記誘電体および筐体に設けた相補型固定部材によって前記筐体に固定することができるよう構成された、独立した略U字またはV字形の部品を形成することを特徴とするトロイダル電流変換器。
- 前記誘電体(22)が、前記一次導体(20)を覆う成形塑性体である請求項1記載の変換器。
- 前記一次導体ユニット(19)の両端において、前記一次導体(20)の複数の接続端(24)が平行で、前記変換器の取付面(17)よりも突出している請求項1または2記載の変換器。
- 前記誘電体(22)が、一体的に成形された弾性クリップアーム(26)を備え、該弾性クリップアームが、前記変換器筐体(4)の相補型クリップと相互に係合して前記一次導体ユニットを前記変換器筐体に装着固定する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の変換器。
- 前記誘電体(22)が、前記変換器筐体(4)に当接して前記筐体に対して前記一次導体ユニットを位置決めする、位置決め肩部またはフランジ(27)を備える請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の変換器。
- 前記一次導体ユニット(19)が、少なくとも第1および第2の導体対、すなわち、電流を一方向に伝導する第1の対(20a)および電流を反対方向に伝導する第2の対(20b)をなす少なくとも4つの一次導体を備え、該導体対が、一方の対の導体が他方の対の導体の間に挟まれる位置に来るように配置される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の変換器。
- 前記リング形状の磁界検知ユニット(6)の半径方向内側に配置される内側磁気シールド(12)および/または前記リング形状の磁界検知ユニット(6)の半径方向外側に配置される外側磁気シールド(10)をさらに備える請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の変換器。
- 前記磁気シールドが、高い透磁率を有する細片または帯状材をリング状に折り曲げて形成される請求項7に記載の変換器。
