Description
Claims (13)
- 空隙を有する磁気回路と、この空隙内に配置された磁界センサーと、二次コイルとを備えた電流センサーであって、
前記二次コイルはあらかじめ巻かれたものであって中央孔を備え、前記磁気回路は一体的に組み立てられる少なくとも2つの部材から形成され、前記2つの部材は各々が板状に形成された端を含む前記部材の一部である支部を備え、前記各支部は前記二次コイルの前記中央孔内に挿入されてこの中央孔により保持された状態でこの二次コイルに取り囲まれ、前記空隙が、一対の前記支部が重なり合う間に形成された電流センサー。 - 前記二次コイルが、そのコイルを支持し、前記中央孔を形成する二次コイルハウジングに巻かれ、前記中央孔は前記一対の支部の間に前記空隙を形成するように前記一対の支部を保持する請求項1記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁界センサーが、前記磁気回路の支部の前記空隙内にほぼ平行に挿入されると共にこの空隙内に保持されている請求項1又は2記載の電流センサー。
- 前記二次コイルハウジングが、前記支部を前記中央孔内に配置し、それら支部間に前記空隙を形成するための、その中央孔内に設けたガイド位置決め手段を備える請求項2又は3記載の電流センサー。
- 前記二次コイルハウジングが、前記二次コイル、信号処理ユニット及び外部回路基板を相互に接続するための接続端を有すると共に、前記ハウジングの基礎部内にオーバーモールド形成された端子を備えている請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁気回路と、前記二次コイル及び前記二次コイルハウジングからなる二次コイルの集合体とが信号処理ユニットに組み付けられ、この信号処理ユニットは、前記磁気回路の支部にほぼ平行な方向(A)に沿って前記空隙内に挿入可能な前記磁界センサーと回路基板とを備えている請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁気回路の少なくとも2つの部材が、磁気透過性の金属板から、その磁気回路の支部を形成できるよう金属板面を打ち抜き成形し曲げて形成される請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁気回路の部材が、前記電流センサーの回路基板に接続するためのピン端子を備える請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、前記磁気回路や二次コイルを内包する、カバー部と基礎部を含むハウジングと、前記磁気回路の支部を部分的に取り囲むよう構成され、前記カバー部内に部分的オーバーモールド形成されたU字形の一次導電部とを備える請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、複数の互いに隣接配置されたU字形の一次導電部を備え、互いに隣接配置された前記導電部が、それら隣接配置された導電部の接続端間の距離を広げるため、相互に前記U字形の中心をずらすように配置されている請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記二次コイルへの供給電流を制御し測定信号を処理する信号処理ユニットを有し、さらに製造工程中のテスト目的のため、前記信号処理ユニットへアクセスできるよう、前記信号処理ユニットに近接配置されたヒンジにより開閉可能なフラップを含むハウジングを備える請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記磁気回路の一部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むU字形の一次導電部と、その内部に前記磁気回路、二次コイル、磁界センサーを内包するハウジングとを有し、前記ハウジングが、カバー部と基礎部とを備え、前記一次導電部が、前記カバー部に予め組み込まれて永久固定されている請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記一次導電部が、前記カバー部内に部分的にオーバーモールド形成されている請求項12記載の電流センサー。
