Claims (14)
- 電流センサーであって、空隙(30)を備えた磁気回路(16)と、前記の空隙内に配置された磁界センサー(22)と、前記の磁気回路の支部(42)を取り囲む二次コイル(12)とからなり、前記の磁気回路は、それら部位の支部(45、46)が前記の二次コイルの中央孔(40)内に挿入配備され、一体組み立てされた、少なくとも2つの部位(18、20)を備え、前記の空隙が、前記の各磁気回路部の重ねられた支部(45、46)間に形成された電流センサー。
- 前記の磁界センサーが、前記の磁気回路の近接支部(42)にほぼ平行に前記の空隙内に挿入配置されている請求項1記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の二次コイル(12)が、そのコイルを支持し、前記の中央孔(40)を形成する二次コイルハウジング(14)内に巻かれている請求項1または2記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の二次コイルハウジングが、前記の支部(45、46)を前記の中央孔内に配置する、および、それら支部間に前記の空隙(30)を形成するための、その中央孔内に設けたガイド位置決め手段を備える請求項1、2、または、3記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の二次コイルハウジングが、前記のハウジングの基礎部(48)内にオーバーモールド形成され、前記の二次コイル、信号処理ユニット(24)、外部回路基板を相互接続するための接続端をもつ端子(50a、50b、50c、50d、50e)を備える請求項1、2、3、または、4記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の磁気回路と、前記の二次コイルと二次コイルハウジングとからなる前記の二次コイル集合体とが、前記の磁気回路の支部(45、46)にほぼ平行な方向(A)に前記の空隙(30)内に挿入可能な磁界検知器(22)と回路基板(26)とを備える信号処理ユニット(24)を構成する前出の請求項のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の磁気回路(16)の少なくとも2つの部位(18、20)が、磁気透過性の金属板から、その磁気回路の支部を形成できるよう金属板面を打ち抜き成形し曲げて形成される前出の請求項のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 前記の磁気回路の部位が、前記の電流センサーの回路基板に接続するためのピン端子(60)を備える前出の請求項記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、前記の磁気回路や二次コイルを内包する、カバー部(6)と基礎部(8)を含むハウジング(4)と、前記の磁気回路の支部を部分的に取り囲むよう構成され、前記のカバー部内に部分的オーバーモールド形成されたU字形の一次導電部(28)とを備える前出の請求項のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、複数の互いに隣接配置されたU字形の一次導電部(28、28’)を備え、互いに隣接配置された前記の導電部が、それら隣接配置された導電部の接続端間の距離を広げるため、相互にオフセット配置されている前出の請求項のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- さらに製造工程中のテスト目的のため、前記の信号処理回路へアクセスできるよう、前記の電流センサーの信号処理回路(24)に近接配置されたヒンジ可動フラップ(34)を含むハウジング(4)を備える前出の請求項のいずれかに記載の電流センサー。
- 電流センサーであって、空隙を備えた磁気回路と、前記の空隙内に配置された磁界検知器と、前記の磁気回路の支部を取り囲む二次コイルと、前記の磁気回路の一部を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むU字形の一次導電部と、その内部に前記の磁気回路、二次コイル、磁界検知器を内包するハウジングとで構成され、前記のハウジングが、カバー部と基礎部とを備え、前記の一次導電部が、前記のカバー部に予め組み込まれて永久固定されている電流センサー。
- 前記のU字形の導電部が、前記のカバー部内に部分的にオーバーモールド形成されている請求項12記載の電流センサー。
- さらに、請求項1から11に記載の単数または複数の追加的特徴を備える請求項12または13記載の電流センサー。
